The gym has every equipment you need but the locker rooms are nasty and there is no pool so that’s why I give it a 3 star!

Good classes and instructors! They stopped locking up two sets of weights forcing everyone to go to one rack for weights during a pandemic requiring masks and a 6 ft distance from one another.

It’s a nice and clean gym. It’s always pretty busy though. Not overcrowded but just very active. Saturday afternoons are a little slower.

The low reviews around cancellation and billing procedures are spot on. I suspended for 3 months during Covid lockdowns a couple times. After the last suspension, they stopped billing for 6 months and resumed without my permission. When I went into gym, as they insisted instead of the phone, they offered $15 monthly to hold same rate but didn't follow thru and charged regular rates. This prolonged later cancellations and allowed draws.I cancelled after 18 years and don't see going back.

Not sure what's going on with your company. Came to try out the gym based off of internet marketing that reached out to me about a free 7 day pass. Set an appointment and showed up. The two people at the front where very rude and acted like I was lying; even with me showing them the texts between me and Corey. Didn't ask to speak to a manager or anything just told me they didn't know what I was talking about and they couldn't help me. This is very upsetting and a waste of my time. Your marketing team and sells team should be on the same page. I will be going to another gym based off this bad first encounter, wouldn't want to spend my money with your gym.

This is my favorite location in South Austin. The free weights can get a bit tight sometimes but there is such a wide variety of machines that it makes up for it. Good vibes here.

I signed up and went 1 time in November. It was a free trial and then was billed for a month. Ok. I came down being sick and had a cancellation letter hand delivered so I won’t be billed anymore, I’m sure on a camera, middle November. They have continued every month to try and auto charge me 2-3x a week. It was in my PayPal card account so I have not seen these 60+ attempts to charge me since November until recently. I don’t understand my account was closed they specifically said after receiving letter yup you’re all good, and nobody there can fix it. I’ve spoken to 3 different people and keep getting a 866 number that nobody’ answers. Trust me all the other reviews are true regarding billing. I’ll be taking this up to corporate, and as high as I need too. I went one f’n visit months ago and they billing me and are just “sorry can’t help” I hope they see this too. Someone will be held accountable. You can literally see I’ve scanned in one item months ago yet the logic is oh well yeah we can’t help. How? Nobody can see oh ya this guy came one time let’s get this straightened out. TRUST me that office will be held accountable. Stay the F away from here
