The routine is already prepared - I just come to class and do what I'm told! I'm not going to push myself like that without a coach. Love the concept and the staff here, but the equipment is HARD - the floor hurts my back, the treadmill hurt my feet and rattled those bones so much that I had to slow down. I'm older and things hurt more but still!

They will NOT stop with the text messages after many many requests. It's almost like a bad cult they just won't leave me alone. The "trainers" are not knowledgeable, they rarely correct form, probably predisposing people to serious injury. This is not for someone who knows what they're doing and definitely not for someone new to working out. I'm really not a fan of Gigi because she won't stop texting me and I feel like this is very unprofessional.

Love the coaches and the wonderful staff members. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about my next workout. It's done for me. All I have to do is show up. The coaches make sure that my forms are correct and motivate me to give it my very best while I am there.

I'm new to OT, but am already hooked! If left to my own devices in the gym, things just... well, don't get done. I leave OT drenched, exhausted but feeling great about what I just did. Super motivating staff and I love the structure of the classes. I totally get why people have told me they’re addicted to it!

Oh my gosh - I've never enjoyed working out so much! I am a senior and thought I would be very intimidated by all young buff folks, but people come in all ages, shapes and sizes. Love how they change the workouts and that it really isn't at all competitive unless that's what you want it to be. The system for giving you feedback while you work out is brilliant.

I loved how the workout was broken down into different segments and at varying paces which sets you up better for success. I loved the music and energy of the coach as well! It was my first class and the support I got from the staff was incredible....every question answered and many before I could even ask. Highly recommend! ~Amber E

I've been attending this studio since mid 2018. It's a very spacious studio (similar to Sunset Valley's I think), especially in the weight room. The only downside is that coaches and front desk employees seem to come-and-go frequently. On the plus side, so far the coaches have always been friendly and open minded. The 5am crew is always fun to workout with. I'll continue to attend as long as I can.

I just moved to Austin and have been going to OTF for a year. This location rocks! Staff is super welcoming and inclusive, regardless of your fitness level. If you haven't tried OTF, I suggest going to a class at least once. It's a great value for the price, especially when you consider other bougie fitness cults, I mean clubs ;)

I’ve taken two classes here now and it’s a blast every time. Mary and Nikki are awesome instructors. Anthony is always ready to great everyone by their first or last name even if he has only met you once. See you all at the next class!

I'm so disappointed with this franchise. I have not used the gym since March because of COVID-19, yet I was still charged for a month when I went to cancel. It was cited that this is because there's a 30-day cancellation clause in the original contract. This is terrible customer service. That contract was before a global pandemic changed everything about the way we live.I will not renew with Orange Theory after everything passes given the way they are flippantly acting like I'm cancelling just to cancel, and not because of extremely extenuating circumstances. The fact that they also just extended freezes due to COVID yet will still penalize for cancellations is another thing that points to really poor customer service. So if you want to belong to a gym that will treat you in accordance with what's going on in the world, don't join this one.
