Club is clean, well kept and everyone is so nice. Instructors leads 15-30 people for 60 minutes classes. There are 2 different stations: the Treadmills/rowers (cardio) and the Weight Room. Halfway through the class you switch stations. Instructors always are enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared.Disadvantages: 1) Cancelation policy -> I had to cancel 3 months after joining because of relocation reasons. I was wonder to learn that I had to give notice 30 days prior to my next dues date. In other words, I had to pay for 1 month for nothing. 2) Stations are very closely located in weight floor and it difficult to agree shared space with your neighbors.

I was a member for about 6 months and I loved it! I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds and got toned specially on my shoulders, arms and legs. I got addicted to it! Once you start it’s hard to quit, the coaches are so so nice and encouraging, I give it a 5⭐️.

Orangetheory Arbor Town is the BEST!! I took my first class yesterday and they asked me to be here 30 minutes early and that was best decision ever! I got kind of a sneak peak of how everything was going to work during the class and it made me feel SO COMFORTABLE! I was a little nervous at first to go and try out something new fitness wise but being there early and meeting the whole staff and the coach before hand was awesome! I would've been so lost if I didn't get that time before! LOVED THE WORKOUT AS WELL. Signed up for Unlimited right after class! If you're thinking about OTF DO IT! You won't regret it! Make sure you call up to the studio first because my class was full and I was glad I called ahead to save a spot so I could try out class!

I used to just run, but my wife and I decided to give OTF a chance, now I can't see myself going back to just running... Don't fool yourself, you are going to hate it some days, but I think that's expected, it means you are doing it right. The coaches are really helpful and they will push you to do your best, you just need to convince yourself you can do it, and trust me, you can.

I’ve been a member of OTF for several months and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. The workouts differ day to day so the classes don’t get boring. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of OTF Arbor Town Square since November 2017 and, to be completely honest, have never, EVER, stuck with a workout routine for this long. I was the queen of quitting all the things after I lost interest - running, yoga, Pilates, etc. Orangetheory has the magic sauce to keep flighty folks like me fully engaged. I even have to pre-book my class, which, for this commitment phobe, has been life changing. The staff and coaches at Arbor Town Square are top notch and always there to encourage me to push harder, help with modifications (shout out to Coach Morgan) and inspire me to try my very best every single class. The vibe of the ATS studio is inviting and fun, and I’ve made life long friends from people I’ve met through classes at this studio. 350 classes later and I think it’s safe to say I’m committed!!

Really great workouts! The coaches are all really great and give you options so you can make the workouts as challenging as you want. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you ever have any problems.

I am 57 and love the dynamics of the classes. They are never presented the same way twice and you get a full HIIT experience that burns calories and challenges you.Yeah, I can't row as fast as the younger ones, and I Power Walk rather than run, but the coaches make all the pain worth the gain. They CARE and that means a lot. Finally - the electronics connection (Heart Rate Monitor, Calorie Burn) provides instant feedback to how you are doing at your age, weight and fitness level. This science is what keeps me going to beat my last goals!Try it - It may turn out to be the best workout format you've ever tried.

I like the variety of exercises for the floor portion, most of which I have a hard time making myself do on my own. I like how the workouts push me and how I feel afterwards. I like how the format and workouts are never the same. It’s a great, full body workout in one hour.

It’s very dissatisfying that you wake up at 4:30 am because you couldn’t schedule in any class before 10:00 am. Then you with desire of work out scheduled yourself in the class for 5:10 am show up at 5:07 and they just said... The class is FULL someone in waitlist got your spot?!!!! Really? Even worst the work our room does not look full. We do not pay $30 dollars here. The classes are very limited and then they do not respect your spot. I sadly will never come back to this studio and at least you are in a monthly schedule and with a very flexible schedule I will NOT recommend this type of gym.
