I have been a member at OTF Arbor for 3 years and it has been the only fitness program I have ever stayed with for a long period of time. I look forward to my workouts every week since they are always changing and never redundant or boring. Coaches J2, Rene and Chandra are extremely knowledgeable and motivating and I feel accomplished after each class. Another plus to this studio are the friends that I have made along the way. Everyone encourages each other and it's a fun environment to work out in!

I have been going to this studio at The Arbor for over 4 years, since it's inception. These guys are wonderfully inspiring and make me feel so good about myself before, during and especially AFTER I have finished a class.THANK YOU!!!A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Josh who I think has been there the longest. Morgan is great too. Also, Justin, who is no longer there but used to be head trainer deserves attention. Oh yeh, and Eli but he moved to another studio. All of the trainers do a great job to work with me as an individual. Don't get me started on my shoulder surgery (as a result of being OLD!)...they give me special attention so I feel comfortable modifying. No one should ever give up just because they have some limitation.I STILL get an amazing work-out every time I go, even if I cannot do every single thing at full tilt.I'd like to note there are others I've had as trainers over the years but it's hard to remember everyone. Also, I know there are plenty that I haven't tried that are good. I just find favorites and tend to stick with those.

I like the variety of the workouts and our new rowers and treadmills. The front desk staff is always friendly and greets you when you arrive to check in. (Rob and Jessica are great!)I also enjoy the ease of using the app to schedule classes and am glad that more classes were added on the weekend. The coaches are always energetic and are happy to help if you have questions about using a certain piece of equipment or need a modification due to an injury. We all have our favorite coaches but mine would have to be Coach Rene and Coach Corbin. They both bring a fun energy to their classes and really motivate you to push yourself. Coach Rene always takes the time to help correct our form/help us with the exercise if we are doing it wrong and I really appreciate that attention to detail. This studio is the best!

Great one hour workout! I feel like I get the most out of my time in the gym. The workouts are planned for me and different each day. Within 2 weeks I could already see an improvement in my endurance. Having the personalized stat report during and after the workout is the best. All the coaches at Arbor Town Square are great!

Never thought I’d join OTF (thought I was too old/out of shape) or love it as much as I do, but after 10 months here (and years of trying other gyms/workouts), I can honestly say I’ve found what works for me! First, the staff - they are as welcoming and as encouraging a group as I’ve ever met. They know your name and make you feel part of the ATS Crew from the start. Most places I’ve been ignore you if you don’t fit a certain mold - but not here :). Next, the workouts - always challenging and Coach- led. I don’t have to think about what to do next, just focus and get it done. Related to that, the program - the combination of signing up for classes and a fee if you late cancel, keeps me on track and at class. And all the benchmarks are great if you like to challenge yourself and see your progress. Finally, I like being able to workout in other studios when I’m traveling. It’s easy to book a class anywhere and keep up your routine. Bottom line - best studio for a great program!

I love ATS! I moved to Austin from CT in November last year and they immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Coach Josh (J2) is AWESOME - he was the first coach I took at the studio and definitely made an impact. All of the coaches are great! The desk staff is also so friendly and make coming to the studio enjoyable. Lastly, all of the members are really friendly and always a nice group to work out with. Highly recommend!

I have been a member for almost 3 years. I still love every single workout. On average, I burn 600 calories in 52 minutes. Love all the coaches and music they play!

This is the worst OTF studio I have ever visited or been apart of in the Austin/San Antonio/ Houston areas. There seems to always be something wrong with the upkeep of the studio... either the heart rate monitor screens don't work, the ac doesn't work, the restrooms are unclean, and the staff at the desk can be hit or miss. They don't seem to give fair treatment to all of the members. They started this bingo card incentive for August and they told me a couple weeks ago they had ran out... then when I went in and they finally gave me one they wouldn't give me credit for the previous workouts I had done. How is that suppose to motivate anyone?Along with that they are way behind on member engagement. Other studios are really active on social media platforms - they have groups created on FB, members posts on IG and they actively recognize the milestones of their members and this studio is apparently just now starting to do that but they don't spread the word to anyone. You have to dig to find out any info. The only thing I can say is the coaches are awesome and the workout program works which is why I continue going... I must say for all the competition this studio is going to get/ currently getting with the new OTF's being built in the Austin area I would definitely try harder to keep members engaged. You can find an OTF traveling for 10 minutes in any direction. For the membership fee I pay I expect a higher level of service.

I love OTF! I’ve been a member for over 10 months. The trainers are great! I hurt my toe a few months ago and my coach J2 changed some of the exercises that would injure it further and followed up on my injury for weeks. What a great team!

There is not a lot of bang for your buck here. This place should be $60 for unlimited classes per month, not $160.I just switched to Lifetime Fitness for $80 a month, which has over 50 different kinds of classes, an indoor and outdoor pool, lockeroom, sauna, etc.If I was paying $160 a month, I'd expect smaller classes and more interaction from the trainers. Instead, with 29 other people in the room and music that is usually too loud, I get nothing. Also, if you want to cancel your membership, you have to wait until the following month. So I was done with Orange theory midway through May, I couldn't cancel until the end of June. I hated going to this place so I basically threw out an additional $160.Find another gym. This place is super corporate, super expensive, and lacks any sort of variety. Where's the value?
