24 Hour Fitness

It in a nice location, but it seem a few machines were not working and the ones I used were not in the best shape. It needed a face-lift inside, other 24 hrs were in better shape.

I go to this gym only cuz it close to me I prefer other 24 hour fitness cuz this is so always dirty always broken machines, very small very crowded. It shouldn't be that hard to maintain clean bathrooms other gyms do it ! West covina is the next closet one

Dirty facilities, not enough free weight, not enough, overall not enough equipment, men bathroom smell so bad

This gym upgraded the drinking fountains which I’m really happy about. Ernie the manager and staff are great.

Been there twice, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the handicap accessible chair for the swimming pool isn’t working.The first time I went, it worked after the staff help put the battery and kinda pat the chair here and there.But the second time, it wasn’t responding at all. Those chairs needs to be maintained.This is like closest 24 hours fitness to me and it so unfortunate that I can’t go because the chair for swimming pool is not working….

Machines been broken for months. They still haven't taken action on repairing them. Makes waiting for them very painful. Bathrooms are gross. Toilets don't flush Over flowed. It's disgustingThey replied back "they're improving and maintaining" yet 5 staircases have been out of order for months. The water fountains been broken for months. The cable machines are always unusable. Owner doesn't care. 24 hour fitness doesn't care. They just want to claim we will do better. People are starting to notice. I encourage anyone who goes here to start leaving a review so people can start avoiding this gym till they decide to actually maintain it as a gym should. Or maybe start sending pictures to the 24 hour corporate letting them know how this gym is being treated. It's unacceptable to charge the prices and not uphold your end on maintaining

Warning :Go to another gym. This gym is horrible to workout in. I’ve been a member for a while and seen this gym get worst and worst every month. I live two blocks from this gym and I’d rather commute to Downeys gym. (When I shouldn’t if I’m paying a membership fee to maintain the gym right?)None of the cable machines have the stick to adjust the desired weight. (Good luck finding one and/or asking the desk if they have one) because they DONT.I’ll be speaking with corporate.

Staff is cool and friendly especially Greg, Cardio equipment usually always free, the free weights section is decent and their cable pulley equipment is good also , Sauna is always on point only thing would be nice to post a sign for some sauna etiquette you want to hear music wear headphones no one wants to hear your bunk gym mix of weak Rap and Banda it’s always my gente too. Other than that a really good gym to get it done!

Haven't been here in a couple of years, and it's fair to say that this gym is still quite an entertaining and appealing to anyone seeking to better tham bodies.Furthermore, being greeted by Ashley in the morning. With a beautiful smile, just puts all together the combination of this Oasis.

Final verdict: BLACK MOLD INFESTATION for over a year that is only getting worse. I wish I could leave a 1/2 star. Time to cancel and move on.UPDATE: 9/12/23 The showers have black mold everywhere.UPDATE 9/1/23: Black mold is growing inside the showers again. Defective plumbing. Leaks inside and outside the walls.UPDATE 7/15/23: They’re slowly cleaning the mold in the showers and around the locker room floors edgings. Gradually it is improving. They recently updated several shower heads as well. I was close to quitting this gym, thankful I wont have to now. If it continues to improve Ill continue to raise the stars.UPDATE 1/18/23: They finally cleaned the moldy shower, x3 caked on dust clogged ceiling vents & x2 algae walled showers. Really hope they keep it up. If they do I will continue to raise my rating. Much better experience there now.UPDATE 1/4/23: Now black mold is in the showers. (see newly added photos) My lungs feel funny right now which isnt good because Im allergic to mold. It smelled musty in the showers tonight. Looks like I may have to change to LA Fitness which I dont want to do. Ive loved coming here a long time but lately its a bad time. Im so bummed. I hope this fix this or Im going to have to leave.PRIOR:Right now they are having a problem with a year or more of unfixed leaks which is causing black mold. Extremely concerning to say the least. Who knows how many spores are being released in here.Update 11-11-22: Still has black mold issues. Now none of the shower heads work properly. One sprays water literally everywhere including straight into my eyes no matter how I tried to adjust/position it, that sure was fun.Several have no water pressure which takes me FOREVER just to rinse my hair.One shower has water pouring down the wall and no pressure.Another shower head is completely broken and hanging down the wall.Last few visits the wifi has been completely dead.The steam room for the last month or so is always broken/closed.What is going on with this place?
