This gym has bad cardio equipment and horrible sales rep. Two months ago I made some changes to my account to have my bill cycle changed to a specific date and Ashely the sales rep stated that she was going to make the changes but were never done. All those sales reps are always on their phones and not taking care of the customers bad service ever!!!

Started driving to other locations because this gym was just too dirty. Free weight/machine area was fine. But the pool, locker rooms, etc were typically pretty bad unless you were there at 5am

There's plenty of parking unless you plan to go to the gym around rush hour (6-8pm). The gym is located north side of the plaza.Once you make it inside the gym, most of the workers will greet you. The women's lockeroom is located ahead of the entrance and the male lockeroom is located to the right side going towards the circuit machines. The women's lockeroom is kind of gross because the floors are always wet, the lockers are dirty or broken including the benches, the toilets are dirty, clogged or unflushed (why can't people just flush the toilet!!). The sink area is always dirty from those drying their hair, feet, body hands etc.... I see workers clean when I get there and when I leave...?? So... I think if people want nice things they need to take care of it too... People are disgusting...The machines definitely need an upgrade! I've been on machines that broke/stopped as I was working out. That's a big liability issue! Some of the stair machines are off tract so while you're on it you can feel it slip. The elliptical machines have some part of it that is damaged, broken, or something...The circuit machines downstairs are okay, but I think they need more variety. Some of the weights from the machines are off too like one of the lat machines.I've taken a few paid training classes with two different master trainers there. JJ is the one of the reasons why I like going to the gym... He's very informative and professional. I highly recommend his classes.I really think this gym needs to upgrade and provide a variety of new machines.

Pros: "newish" equipment, good staff, great area! Good vibe here (people are generally polite here)Cons: noob gym goers (leave weights lying around, do 1hr on the same machine/bench), it's super packed most of the time (forget trying to get a decent squat session in), parking limited after work hours, locker rooms are usually a mess when busy.

A good place to workout for cardio and free weights. The steam room seems clean and not smelly. The jacuzzi, however, has some floating brownish bubbles. The parking is free and the location is great before and after workout.

Forget about rush hour. The gym is small-ish and way over capacity at these times. Equipment is standard for 24h and the like. Lacks benches and squat racks (only 1... really?)When the gym isn't overcrowded it's actually fairly enjoyable to work out there.Locker rooms are a mess. Always wet everywhere, sinks are gross-ish, toilets are smelly. You got the idea, avoid the lockers if possible.Free parking is nice, when it's not so crowded that you spend 20min finding a spot!

Although this club is relatively new it was poorly designed. To further compound this issue the group-X classes at this club are so limited that they often only have Zumba classes and nothing else additionally the classes start no earlier than 8:30 not so convenient if you work.

It's ok, i go almost every day, parking is a breeze if your here by 5:30 am like me lol, overall it's not that bad, a bit small but I haven't really seen it really packed so far no matter what day, even by 8 am is still fine.

StairMaster machines are a mess. Only 6 of them and they are old and constantly broken now for years. At least one is always out of order. Lots of the folks in this gym are gross because they work out without bringing a towel so they drip sweat furiously all over the machines. Helloooo... Who comes to a gym without a towel? I'm into Body Pump; that's a stretch cause of few classes... This place needs more investment ...

I went to this gym over a year. There great classes. I got in great shape in this gym after having my two toddlers. The only negative thing I can say is one of the nannies at kids club has a attitude problem. Before I payed for the monthly kids club. This nanny is Mexican. I am Peruvian by the way.She told me I had to pay $10.00 just to use the restroom and bring my children with me.There is three nannies at Apple valley,ca that are 100% worst then the Monterey park nannies.I already cancelled my membership. I wished I still lived in Monterey park,ca.
