Have to say one of the best boxes I have been to. They focus a lot on keeping you safe and healthy. My son in law has been a CF coach and he loves this gym says it does what Crossfit is supposed to, not just a gym but a community

The trainers are very helpful and make sure you are doing everything right and not lost. Classes are never packed so you’re able to get personal attention from trainer if you need it. Great atmosphere

Best decision ever to join 3rd Coast Movement! Felt welcomed and comfortable from day one! Haven’t exercised in a couple of years for multiple reasons and the trainers helped me ease back into it seamlessly! The personal attention I get in every class makes a difference every time!!!

The coaching staff at 3rd Coast Movement is amazing! They not only specialize the workout for the day to your ability, but also check in and encourage you to push yourself. I couldn’t ask for a better gym community either. No matter the skill level, everyone at the gym is encouraging and is there to cheer you on every day. The community and coaching has me more committed to my healthy lifestyle than ever before. I’ve worked out at the gym for almost 3 years now and have had unbelievable success through the fitness & nutrition coaching provided here. As a collegiate athlete I joined, and learned how far I was from actually knowing what “health & wellness” was. Even when I thought I had it figured out - I learned through plenty of mobility work and personal training how far I still had to go.Not only that, I tried several yo-yo diets and never could quite find the answer to losing fat & building muscle simultaneously until I spent time in nutrition consulting. I’m proud to say I’ve got to a point where I’m content - and am still learning new ways to keep the consistency going!

I'm glad I joined this gym and met Adam Pope my coach and all the coaches has helped me along the way and showed me all kinds of new moves, stretches and modifications if needed. They're very welcoming. It is a little intimidating starting a new gym with new moves and new faces. But everyone is there doing the same thing you wanting to do, by looking and feeling better. 🏋️♀️ 💪 🏋️♂️If you're looking for a new gym this is your place.
