Outstanding coaches! Top notch gym for sure! I have multiple health issues that would normally cause me to not have a workout, but the coaches find ways for me to train and not injure my weak areas….in fact they train me with physical therapy to strengthen my deficits! I highly recommend!

It is past time I brag on my gym, my coach & all the fellow athletes at 3rd Coast Movement in Bridge City. I can’t believe I’ve been making the shot trip from Vidor for two years now. The gym is awesome, clean and fully equipped. My coach Maggie is fantastic at keeping me on track and performing the workouts effectively to minimize risk to this old body. Maggie is part of team that includes very experienced, knowledgeable and supportive coaches to help us each and every time we step into the gym. The fellow athletes; they are the most supporting group of individuals you could ask for. Yes there are some studs and beast mode ladies, but not intimidating at all. Everyone has a great time and we look forward to seeing each other and miss each other when someone is out for a little while. I honestly feel like I have stopped aging the last two years. I encourage anyone, regardless of your current physical shape to contact Maggie or one of the other great coaches for a consolation, you will be glad you did. You will learn the word scaling and use it. Before you know it, you too will be doing CrossFit exercises you didn’t know you could do. Thanks Maggie and everyone at the gym!

I couldn’t be happier with the support from all the staff. They’ve taken the time to know my medical history, and to making sure my workouts are planned with that in mind. Even in a group setting, it feels like it’s one on one. I love going to class, and feel accomplished when I leave. I am thrilled with my decision in choosing CrossFit Bridge City as my trainers! Looking forward to this new year and getting fit!

I started going to Third Coast with the intention of loosing a few pounds. Little did I know all my random pains that I was having would get better as well! Every concern I was having got addressed and worked out and I am 99% pain free now. The workouts are challenging and I feel better and have more energy now. I highly recommend this gym and the coaches here!

I have always been too anxious to join a gym. It’s not something I’m used to or that I know a whole lot about. CrossFit Bridge City is a super welcoming place. From the trainers to the fellow gym goers, you’re not going to meet a nicer group of people. Each coach is trained on how to scale/modify your workouts to meet your specific needs. They listen to your goals and help you build yourself to meet them. They take you through the process of each movement/workout step by step before letting you do it on your own. This not only insures that you have a good knowledge of the machinery and work space around you but helps prevent any injuries. They offer a variety of classes and amenities. Whether you are looking to bulk up for a competition, just gain core strength, or want to work on building a more nutritious diet, they got you covered. CrossFit Bridge City also carries their good natured attitude out into their community. They are known to have benefits to help business or other causes that need recognition around the area. I would not have made the progress I have in my own goals had it not been for their support and knowledge. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym!

3rd coast crossfit is an amazing place to work out at. The owners and coaches are so professional and are really there to help you achieve your goals. My son (who has special needs) did private lessons with Maggie and he is doing great. Been there for 2 years and bNow does regular classes with everyone else. He's down 23 lbs!

I knew I had to get in shape. The ever changing workouts appealed to me. It wasn’t until Andrew spent 10 private sessions with me, teaching me all the movements and scaling the workout for my fitness level that became hooked. This is a great place to workout! The coaches provide attention and understand your individual needs. The other members are quickly becoming friends. After 4 months of training, I have lost inches from my waist, gained muscle tone and feel better than I have since my 20s. If you don’t want to try and figure it out in your own at the gym, this is definitely your place.

After having surgery on a herniated disc only to have the same disc turn into a bulge disc again and struggling with back pain for nine years I started searching for a fix outside of surgery.My wife suggested I take a look at this place through her personal experience with them and at first I was hesitant about doing “CrossFit” due to the injury induced competitiveness but I gave this establishment a chance as I have tried everything else. I can now honestly say this is so much more than a “box”. Through one on one coaching on form, mobility, strength and nutrition I finally have relief in my back (plus a couple of other places I had problems with) and I am able to attend classes three times a week to achieve other fitness goals I have set for myself.I set out on a journey to be the best me and these folks hand wrote the directions on how to get there. Kudos to the Movement and everything they are doing now and for years to come. Thank you for the lifestyle change I needed!P.S. If you have a desk job, like myself, you need this in your life! Get moving!
