24 Hour Fitness

The locker room and restrooms had the same mold around the sinks for months!! After about 3 straight months of it growing in the women’s bathroom they finally cleaned it. It’s been a couple of weeks and now it’s back to NOT CLEANING IT and THE MOLD IS GROWING AGAIN. IF YOU CANT CLEAN A BATHROOM I CANT IMAGINE THAT ANYTHING IS CLEAN HERE!!! THIS IS SO NOT ACCEPTABLE! Before long there will be a MIRSA outbreak here. The weekend before last the bathrooms were NEVER CLEANED! Same old dirty toilets. Dirty floors. If you walk barefoot in any gym you’re nuts especially nuts if you do it at Scholls Ferry 24. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP!!!!! Rachel’s review of the dirty facility is ALL TRUTH!! To the chick that keeps bleeding on the sauna bench….there is such a thing called feminine hygiene. Once is an accident but twice? Stop it already! Put a plug in it!

WARNING: if you give this place a bad review, expect the manager to HARASS you by finding the company you work at and leaving a bad review about YOU.On top of the gym not being cleaned regularly, the bathroom being full of mold, the hot tub always being broken, the management is awful. 24 hour fitness? Nope. More like, be out of the gym 20 minutes before they close at 8pm or else you will get a mouthful from the manager.Would you like to stay in the sauna for 10 more minutes when the places closes in 20 minutes? Not possible. What's the managers response when asked if the sauna could be stopped last after he's finished with the rest of the gym? "Go to a different gym." Great business model.Guess this will be closing soon due to bad management. Such a shame. Previous manager actually knew how to run it.

Friendly and helpful staff and the gym works perfectly for what I need. Even the weird hours aren’t a problem for me but it is ironic that it’s called “24 hour fitness” for a few hours lol. Either way, thanks guys!

Nice staff. Disgusting conditions! I feel dirty even walking into the locker rooms! Nothing but mold and filth! Place needs to be bombed with bleach!

just wanted to write this review for a specific employee, and i was directed hear to do so. Brandon is a wonderful employee who always makes me feel welcome. A simple “hey man” or “bye man” really goes a long way into making me feel welcome at this gym, and i feel it genuine from Brandon. Even when dealing with another customer, he makes it a point to welcome everyone that walks in. It’s a small gesture, but as someone struggling with depression and trying to get my life back on track, this simple hello and friendliness is what keeps me motivated. If Brandon is reading this, keep it up! It’s people like that that makes the gym feel more like a communal place where everyone has the same goal: to improve their lives.

How does a gym named 24hr Fitness close at 8pm? lol 😂. What a joke …

We belonged here for 15+ years. During the pandemic it really started going down hill. The staff at the front desk did nothing when I voiced concerns about customers maskless. The equipment is old, in poor condition. We finally quit and went to plant fitness which is clean, has excellent equipment and less expensive.

Unclean.Surprised that this building has not been shut down.Mold everywhere & the club staff brush it off.Friendly reminder bleach does not kill mold, it makes it worse & ya'll do not have the ventilation to be using bleach!Someone call the health inspectors soon before people get really sick from this place.Staff is uneducated in health and keeping surrounding areas clean and safe for the members. What is a gym without gym etiquette?

Got a membership after 3 years of using home gym. This is the dirtiest facility I have ever been in, the shower and steem rooms have mold growing on the tiles.It is also frustrating they do not say when purchasing membership the location is only open until 10p weekdays and 8p weekends, this is not a 24 hr gym.
