Don’t come here if you want to play basketball. Balls are in garbage condition, with welts and tears. Also rude staff, at least for the morning shift. Stick to other locations.

I wish they had volleyball court too. It’s so closed to my place but they don’t have any volleyball net to use in basketball court. I have to drive to LA fineness!

Great facility. Bigger size. A variety of equipments to choose from. Neatly. maintained. My only wish is that they could one more leg press as it seems to busy all the time!

Dishonest company. I tried to activate a 2 year membership voucher with "no expiration date", and they told me that they "no longer were in partnership with costco" and would not honor the certificate. They said I could receive a refund from Costco, which was a lie.

The staff is nice but the facility is very dirty. I saw a banana on the ground, green slim on the same machine for weeks, few people wiping their machines, and soooooo much dust that shows it has been a long time since it was thoroughly cleaned.

The equipment is nice, but honestly, I can't enjoy it because there are so many creepy old men that just go and stare at women. I'm finally writing this after an old man got in my face after catching HIM staring at me. I've even had men follow me out to the parking lot. I really wish 24 would train their staff to look out for this, develop some sort of penalty system for offenders, and/or some other way to actively make it safer for their female members.

I like the exercise class offerings at this location. I like the gym equipment. I’m super impressed with Frank. Frank is the assistant manager I believe. From my understanding his role is to work the front desk and be in charge of all the desk staff (basically the second in command at this location. Whereas the location manager is usually in an office and is more of the money person). Frank has top notch customer service skills. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell he’s invested in doing his job well (and finding good staff). Anytime I bring a question or issue to him, he listens and addresses my needs.Covid-era review:When I mentioned to him a number of gym members had their face masks down, he asked where they were and shared staff do hourly sweeps to check for mask compliance, and also do regular overhead announcements about masks. Then he did an announcement and a sweep. It was a Sunday and shortly after he made another announcement that if anyone has a tv channel request (to stop by the desk and he’d be happy to change the channel). Frank is just very upbeat, positive and fun. Plus he gives excellent customer service.I’m giving 4 stars just because I think mask enforcement by staff could be a bit better. ( I know everyone is having pandemic fatigue and being more lax on following safety guidelines). I go to this gym 2-3 days a week and I see people with masks under noses every time, sometimes right in front of staff and staff don’t always say something. Overall, I think there is inconsistency (among the staff) on regularly doing the overhead mask announcements and sweeps.24 Hour Fitness does a lot of things right, though. When checking in through the app (the preferred way to check in) one must answer a series of questions about Covid exposure and symptoms and it’s clear wearing a mask is required. So far, I take the risk of going to exercise class at this location because as a risk vs. reward I feel it’s worth it. The vast majority of people in class are wearing their mask properly and stay socially distanced from me.

Okay Gym. It's pretty old and the lay out isn't ideal., but it has what you need to get in shape. The staff has always been good, no complaints there. The worst part is the spa (steam room, hot tub, dry sauna. The club has a big elderly client base which made transitions in the locker room uncomfortably slow. Also, I regularly noticed that many of the elderly folks in the hot tub were wearing adult diapers. No Thanks, back to Villasport.

i used to love this gym, but now you cant even call it 24 hour fitness , more like 15 hour fitness. There used to be full court basketball until someone broke the other hoop 8 months ago. i was told the maintenance guy has a bunch of excuses on why he wont put the new one up. can corporate handle this issue or nah?

I definitely wouldn't recommend this gym. The hours are already limited and they can't seem to open the gym on time. There's nothing worse then being a gym regular in the morning, taking pre workouts and then getting to the gym to find it closed when it should be open. They also have very poor cleaning practices. The weights are rarely put away if ever, the spin room smells like a high school gym locker room, and the cleaning supplies are regularly empty. If you are looking for a good gym, this is not your spot.
