Don't waste your money for the personal trainer here at this club. I paid $240 for 4 x 25 minutes sessions for swimming personal trainer. For the first two sessions, the trainer even didn't get into the water. I found it better to watch YouTube videos than paying $160/hour for nothing. Since I complained to their customer service, I have been waiting for more than two weeks to their call back, and assign me a new trainer. Please note there is no refund policy even they don't fulfill their commitment. You must accept their assigned trainers and if they don't have any, they will assign the new hired trainers who cannot help you at all. I just called them few times and nobody was there to answer my call. The staff are nice just when you don't request anything or don't complain about anything, otherwise they cannot do anything. I mean, it is not because of the staff, it is because of their policies which are based on high expense for cheap quality. I totally recommend LA Fitness in Hillsboro or Tualatin, if you are looking for a replacement, even they are far from your house.

Please take the 24hr fitness sign down if you close at 9.

Get employees, completely unprofessional and rude manager. Also oddly not open 24 hours.

Been going here since it opened up with Kevin Sergey… I have never seen a better, more helpful and service oriented leader than the new guy, Cody. I’ve had a couple interactions with him not expecting too much and was impressed each time. and with his staff it’s abundantly obvious he has risen the morale and is improving culture… Solid addition.

Good equipment in general, but this is literally the most dirty and disgusting facility I’ve been to. A mid day cleaning of the main areas including bathrooms, and some ventilation would bring this place way up in ratings. I would not be surprised if it’s not just cleaned once a week.

They close at 10pm during the week (9pm and 8pm on the weekend) So much for the "24 Hours".

Cody is great and very helpful. The staff were all upbeat. I recommend this gym.

I have been a member or 24 Hour Fitness for many years now, and a month ago the club was a disaster, I felt bad for the staff that were responsible because they always try their best to help. Especially Orion (great opener) and always on time! & Astrid! (Always doing her best to keep our locker rooms clean), both Amazing!Just about a week ago I noticed a BIG, MAJOR, improvement @ 24 - the New Manager Cody has done a great job! In a short period of time!I just hope that 24hr can keep their employees happy cause is starting to look like a real gym now!Dale 24hour fitness! Puedes hazerlo mejor!Paso pa delante! (Corporate) !

This particular facility is down right disgusting. Bathrooms are constantly gross and never stocked. At one point there was no toilet paper every time I went for 3 days straight. There is constantly stuff all over the floor at the gym and paper towels/spray bottles are constantly empty. The machines are not properly lubed up and constantly squeak. The incline benches presses are only bolted in 2 places and tilt side to side. One of the regular bench presses is diagonal. The ground that all of the adjustable and flat benches are bolted to is not secured properly. The adjustable benches lift off the ground when any force is pushed against the back rest. Most of the bars and dumbbells have had the kneeling completely stripped from them. The gym is in desperate need of new attachments for the cable machines, knurling is stripped and ropes are falling apart, plus there is only two ropes which is not enough. The employees here are friendly but don’t do anything. Most of the employees just sit in the front on their phones rather than actually working. Many times I have seen 3 employees all sitting in the front on their phones, meanwhile all of the towels and spray bottles are empty and toiletries need to be replaced in the bathroom. The gym also constantly opens later than the time it’s supposed to be. There is also no reason for this gym to not be 24 hours. Murray hill is a very high traffic area and closing at 8 on the weekends is absolutely ridiculous. If anything it would make sense to close later on the weekends. This gym has so many people that attend it, as a matter of fact it is constantly crowded here. There is no reason for this gym to not take better care of the facility, and there is no reason to not be open 24 hours. You can afford to staff an employee or two for overnight shifts. If I didn’t live so far from the Waterhouse avenue and McEwan locations I would go there every time. This 24 should take advice from the McEwan location because it is 1000x better. I pay 30 dollars a month for this gym and planet fitness, which is 1/3 the price, is better. Get it together please!

When is management going to address the issue of the gym not opening at 5 am? The gym hasn’t opened until 10 am 5 times in the past 3 weeks. I will open the gym for a free membership.
