For a commercial gym I honestly really like this gym. Being with 24 I have access to hundreds of gyms all over the country when traveling and I have access to around 15 in my direct area. I agree that the gym could use a remodel but the equipment is not bad at all, I don’t utilize classes so I cannot speak to that aspect of the gym. They also provide a military discount which is great.

The only reason I went with 24 hour fitness out of all the other gyms out here is because the availability of it at late hours. Originally, my impressions of this establishment was mediocre at best. Equipments are dated and not to mention that some of the broken components are being held together by a wire. Didnt mind that. I just stayed away from those equipments.Weights are all over the place. They dont seem to care about that either. But now that they've changed all the hours for the sport clubs to 4am to midnigh . Where am I going to go now? I've reached out to them about upgrading. But no one seems to be looking at their emails there. WHY EVEN CALL YOURSELVES 24 HOUR FITNESS?

Weel laid out, friendly staff, good variety of equipment, nice crowd of "regulars" at a variety of fitness levels. Good gym for anyone starting out or already dedicated to their workout routine. (Covid restrictions apply, gym is currently closed incrementally throughout the day for sanitizing)

This location at one time had it all. Unfortunately it has gone far south. They are always raising the rates by 2 bucks every year or so. There's a planet fitness right next door that I'd be willing to go to.

I like the peeps who are working there now. They are very nice and helpful. It's one of my favorite 24 and I have been a member for almost 16 years. Some of the guys who go there to workout are a bit annoying but nothing is perfect.

Absolutely horrid. If there was an option for 0 stars, that’s what I would rate it. I was here for over the summer and I had to go back to college in September, so I signed up for a temporary membership. When I did so, they had an offer where I could avoid being charged an initiation fee and only pay the three months for $65, and the person who signed me up explained that I had to cancel it before the end of the 2 months. But instead there was a miscommunication and apparently it was supposed to be cancelled before the end of the first month, so I ended up being charged $37 extra and they refused to refund me even after explaining that to them. I didn’t sign up for the month of September! They seriously need to fix their system to be more clear and have it actually make sense, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else again. Definitely never returning here, and I would not suggest it with the kind of practices they do here. You could be leeched of a ton of money, and its not worth the risk.

We are from San Diego visiting friends, and showed up at 6:10 am to get a workout in on a weekend. Was told to purchase a $20 guest pass, otherwise wait until 9am and speak to a sales rep before we workout. We have been members of 24 hr Fitness for more than a decade, and this was without a doubt, the worst service received at any location. The other suggestion was to maybe try googling another one nearby. Really? Unfortunately, we did that and got a similar response at another location. Almost gave up before trying a third location which was accommodating and friendly. This location that finally helped out was the one located on SW McEwan Rd in Tigard. I would go there before ever going back to this place.

These “SafeSplash” swimming lessons need to end, as a paying member I think it’s extremely unfair that 24 Hr Fitness is double dipping and selling access to the pool to non members! They claim only one lane will be taken but when I went in there were 2 being used by SafeSplash and about 12 adults waiting for/sharing the one lane. And it’s for about half the day pretty much everyday. I am very upset with 24’s need to make even more money when the facilities are not even kept up that well. Will not be renewing when it comes time.

Did a Spin class and weight workout. Not my normal 24 hour fitness. this is a Club Sport and Not a Super Sport 24hr fitness. What a dump. Spin room bikes are trash, we spun in the dark because the lights are to bright to use. No exhaust fan in the room it got very hot, humid and STUNK! This gym needs a serious remodel go somewhere else. Work out machines also need a full replacement.

Thank you Ben & Eddie (managers of this branch) for helping me sort out my membership refunds (even though it's still going on). And all the staff members have been VERY VERY polite, helpful, and professional. The customer services is more than expected! On the downside some of the equipments really need to be updated, they are just old. Also, it's always pretty humid inside for some reason. Equipment needs to kept cleaner as well.
