HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was referred to corporate. They referred me to go back to my gym. The said email. NO ONE WILL GIVE ME STRAIGHT ANSWERS ON MY OVERCHARGED BILLING!!! I have emails and emails and even going into the gym Sammie was less than helpful. NEVER Going back and making sure anyone and everyone I know. Knows how badly I was treated. I never write reviews like this but I’m seething.

This Crunch has been awesome so far. Everytime I come in there is enough equipment that I don’t have to wait to start working out. Locker room are clean and plenty of them. Very good deal on month to month memberships!

Attentive and personal staff. Clean, with a variety of classes. Supplements, vitamins,. Tanning booths, water massage ( no you don't get wet). Big windows, 2 floors. My Trainer Orpheus is truly knowledgeable and dedicated. Good locker room, showers and a few personal changing rooms. Large classroom upstairs. Several areas to work out in, but not cramped. Love it!

I started my membership the beginning of march HA! I actually switched over to crunch because I wanted to start working out on my lunch breaks. Even though I only got to use the gym once before it unfortunately had to close because of the end of the world. So I am giving them 4 stars just because I have not had time to get an accurate feel for the gym. STAY SAFE EVERYONE!

Nice gym! I switched to Crunch because lower monthly dues and better pricing on personal training than my last gym. The locker room is always clean, I like coming here!

Crunch Beaverton is the best part of my day -- the front staff knows me + makes an effort each time I arrive to connect. They always switch the TV's to the best football games + their prices are solid. They do a great job of enforcing masks + watching security footage to ensure our safety while in the gym. Truly, a no judgement zone and grateful to be a member.

I’ve been going to crunch on and off in Beaverton since it opened the very first week and I’ve seen a few people come and go at the front desk. Let me just say that Sammie, the young lady, that works the front desk and seems to me like she’s the manager; is the best I’ve ever seen in customer service, friendliness, and all around, on top of her game. She makes it very pleasant to come in every day.

I chose this gym because it was 5 minutes from my work. I also chose to spend money on personal training because I want to better myself and my life. The personal trainer I got stuck with was Dillon. I ended up with him because of what times he was available. I knew after a couple of sessions with him that it wasn’t a right fit. Our communication was really off and I didn’t feel like I was being listened to. I talked to the lead trainer about this and he said it’s pretty difficult to change trainers, and to just give Dillon more time. Things never got better. Dillion is completely unprofessional. He barely kept track of my workouts, and kept forgetting what we had done the time before. When I did get him to keep track, I had to badger him to get him to send them to me so I had something to work from on our off days. I had to get him to send them to me while he was standing in front of me, otherwise he wouldn’t do it. He said he has “all these vitamins” he could give to me, but two months later I still don’t have them. I have back pain and would tell him when certain moves would be painful, and I would have to argue with him in order to get him to show me a different move I could do instead. Our sessions were somehow more about him than they were about me. It was clear that he was more interested in talking than in listening, and he acted like I wasn’t paying him to be there. He would put the littlest amount of effort in and if I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, he would say that I have a really bad attitude and that I just don’t like the gym, which makes no sense. No one else was making me go. No one else was paying my $380 bill. All I wanted was a trainer that knew what they were doing, be on top of their stuff, follow through with what they said, and encourage me through this process with my best interests in mind. I did not get that at all. It has gotten to the point where I feel very uncomfortable going to this gym, and very uncomfortable having Dillon as my trainer. I turned in my cancelation form on the 31st of October, so that this month (the month of December) my memberships would be canceled and I would not have a bill this month. Dillon said he would talk to Jake, the General Manager, to make sure everything was canceled...we’ll see if that happens. I have a few personal training sessions on my account still that I’m going to forfeit because of how uncomfortable I feel. That’s really saying something because I work pretty hard for my money. That doesn’t make a single difference to Dillon, or to Crunch Fitness. Don’t waste your money here, especially on personal training. They don’t care about you.

I told the person up front I was no longer traveling to Oregon for work and to cancel my membership 2 years ago. I've been getting charged for 2 years, they won't give any refund. I can't cancel on the phone or by email - I have to send a letter!!! The first person said I'd have to come in and sign something - I live 1,000 miles away. Really!!!answer to your question - on my last time there - as I was no longer doing work at NIKE - I told the guy at the front desk that I had become friends with that I was no longer flying to Oregon for work and to please cancel my membership. He said no worries, I got you covered. Have a great time in Utah.Update 8-5-2020: No response from Crunch despite their response below.

Can't beat it for $10! You get a lot of machines and weights for the price. Front desk people are friendly and the atmosphere is definitely feels non-judgmental per their motto. Now, this place is not fancy, but that's one reason I like it. Cons for me: music gets loud.
