My overall strength, stamina, and endurance has improved since I started March 1, 2023. Coaches make sure you have proper form and technique and warmup and cooldown before and after each workout.

I don't enjoy weight training, but John makes it so fun that I look forward to these classes. He has helped me build my capacity over the weeks, and I look forward to continuing to working out here. Besides the amazing teacher, I also enjoy the community. It is warm and welcoming and very supportive. There is a camaraderie and bonhomie. Highly recommend this place, this teacher and this location.

I’ve been very impressed with my first 4 months at Sasquatch strength!! Convenient times, easy booking, excellent workouts, and a welcoming community make this an absolute must-try! As good or better value than previous personal training I have done, and flexible options to meet anyone’s needs!

I’d recommend this gym to anyone and everyone, especially former athletes. This place brings a familiar feeling of continued improvement and progress. I’ve been doing the VIP plan which brings not only physical coaching but nutritional coaching. I’ve managed to lose 20lbs in roughly 3 months of dedicated work. It’s incredible, never felt so welcomed and so strong so quickly. If you’re a former athlete and have felt like you’ve lost your drive or purpose to stay physical, try Sasquatch. It’s amazing.

I’m not really a gym person. This is not the first time I tried to start gym visits but this is the first time it lasts. Not because of me but the coaches here.I came in being afraid of not being able to workout like others and keep up, but John helped me get pass that mind barrier perfectly, and later on I found out that indeed I didn’t have to worry about that at all.Kameron has been my coach and he’s very professional and considering. He helps everyone in the class adjust the workload to the right amount, to achieve exercise goals and also not hurting you or making it too difficult to complete. We have elderlies in our classes and he helped them getting exercised just right too! I got a back injury and he remembers it across classes, everything including back challenges he checks with me and adjusts the weight, and also lets me know what exercises are good for my back and helps me correctly do them, instead of completely skipping back exercises.I’ve been here for 3 weeks and they have already changed my life a lot. I used to be walking downstairs and feel the knee pain, sitting and feel the back pain(even before I got back injury) (Probably cus I just never work out). And now I don’t feel anything weird at all in my body and I feel most energetic ever. This is not open gym and classes only, subscription based and no frequency limit. If you want to start gym and don’t know what to do there or are afraid of keeping up, this is the place for you.

UPDATE: They ultimately reached out to me and clarified that they failed to charge me for an earlier month and this caused some confusion in their system. However, there was a lack of communication and transparency here that I really think they should improve. They try to retain you with a passion and I respect that, but the friction that this creates for someone who wants to leave is not great. As far as the classes go, they're great. Just make sure you clarify all the details about membership/cancellation etc before you join.---They don't let you cancel - After repeated calls and messages to cancel, after providing the 30-day notice to cancel and after paying the $99 cancellation fee, they continue to charge me for a membership that I no longer want.

Had a good time working out here. Big sense of community and everyone was so helpful in making sure your form is great and that you're doing the right thing for workouts! Gym is very clean and they provide cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment after use. The bathrooms also have showers and is very clean! Highly recommend if you're starting out into weightlifting and not really sure what to do on your own and would like a more class type of workout!

I joined Sasquatch 5 months ago. I have seen positive transformation in my general fitness and energy levels. John is an excellent coach and takes care of the gym and personnel with utmost care. Marita is an inspiration and always nudges to give my best. The community of fellow members is positive and great. Every coach and team member attend daily group sessions with us which says a lot about “practice what you preach”.
