I have been part of this gym for few months, and I enjoy the workouts. The workouts are more strength training focussed and a good mix of cardio - thanks to the HIIT nature of the workout schedule. The class size is small enough for the instructors to give feedback to each individual. Another thing I love the most is the people attending the classes are all friendly and that makes it fun to workout together.I had tried Orangetheory fitness before this, but I prefer this gym as my workout focus was to build more muscle mass while also focussing on overall fitness.Monthly InBody is a plus too! I can’t recommend this gym enough.

I went in for an info session and they basically told me I was not open minded and that my goals won't get me anywhere and thus was not a good fit for the place. But they were rather aggressive in saying no.

I joined Sasquatch almost 3 months ago, and I’m really enjoying it! I have never liked going to the gym, but I have been working out more consistently in the past 3 months than I ever have in my life! I am new to functional fitness and any type of weightlifting, but the coaches have been helpful so I know what to do and the correct form to use. It’s hard but I always feel good afterwards and that I’ve gotten a great workout. I love that the classes are small (3-12 people, varying by the day) and that there are so many options in the day to join a class (if I can’t make the 5:30 class, I can just go to 6:30 instead!). It’s great that there is a planned workout and it changes every day! I am not a competitive person really and the idea of CrossFit or anything similar really intimidated me, but everyone is really kind and friendly, and you can be as competitive (or not) as you want. Basically if I can do it, anyone can! :-)

Wonderful coaches, especially Marita. Flexible scheduling. App support for tracking workouts. And most importantly, intense but very satisfying workouts.

Excellent parking, and close to the 148th exit off of 520. Coaches are amazing, especially the women coaches! I’ve been coming regularly since March 2022, and I’m just annoyed I didn’t join sooner!

Sasquatch has been amazing for me and I highly recommend it. The programming is the best I’ve experienced, the coaches are knowledgeable and the community is friendly and welcoming.
