Sasquatch Strength Bridle Trails is the best place to train! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an amazing and fun place to workout with a strong community feel! I love how each training session is different with strategic programming and periodization which allows you to work on your strength, speed, and muscular and aerobic endurance.

If there’s one thing I can say about this gym and community, it’s that they have a genuine approach. As a former coach and sports medicine provider, I have trusted them with my patients since I started practicing 3 years ago. They are methodical about the programming yet maintain an intensity that gets results. If you’re not accustomed to barbell work, don’t worry they have skilled coaches that properly progress and regress exercises for athletes of every level. Speak with Collin, speak with the coaches and you’ll see just how much experience and knowledge they have in their field. Recommend 10/10.

Great atmosphere, great coaches! The instructors are super friendly and encourage all level of fitness to join. If one is unable to properly do certain things, they have an easier version.I loved going there so my friends too. I would definitely recommend at least to try their trial sessions.

The Bridle Trails Sasquatch gym is a super welcoming place. The staff is great, the class usually has good energy and the space is always kept really clean. The workouts are made so that no matter what level you are at they are challenging. I have found the whole community to be very supportive and motivating.

Joining this community based gym is the best decision I made this year yet. All the coaches are very supportive as well as the members. Menu changes daily, you can keep pushing and motivating yourself with members. Also you can keep track your own progress in apps.

This is the way to start off the morning! Collin’s ODD WOD smoked me, but invigorated me for the day as well. If you do anything, beginner or veteran, at least try their trial class- you won’t regret it!

I've been working out at Sasquatch in Bridle Trails for about two months and it's been great. There are people of all skill levels working out which makes it easier to get into and there are usually 3-4 people in a class, more in the later afternoon.Everyone has been set up in their own space separate from each other to do the workout, and between every class there is a full wipe down done by either the Employees or those working out to ensure everything is kept sterile between classes. The work outs are challenging whether it is a body weight workout, personalized weight or set weight as you can push through for a faster time at set weights or push for higher weights when they are adjusted to your strength. When first starting the workouts will be rough as you adjust to the tempo and the lifts. The coaches are good at helping you with the lifts to ensure you are doing them safely.

I live in Denver and own my own gym - and I was visiting my kids for a couple of weeks. My daughter -in-law recommended this place and I am so glad she did. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Every workout is different. If you try them out, make sure you try them for at least a week. You may like one workout but love the next. I will be visiting my kids as much as I can and I will be visiting Sasquatch again as much as I can as well. If I wasn't so busy helping with the newborn twins... I would have taken advantage of more classes.

In the Redmond area for over a week and wasn’t sure where to go for my functional fitness fix. I chose SSBT just because it was the closest to where I was staying and am glad that I did. The facilities and equipment are excellent as is the programming. I had Collin for all my classes - he was knowledgeable, helpful, energetic and made the workouts fun. The other community members couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I don’t generally like gyms for I feel out of place. Sasquatch Strength-Bridle Trails is changing that attitude and making me feel the desire to come in and work out. The coaches at the Bridle Trails location (Collin and Demi) are great at explaining the movements/exercises and providing clear corrections/modifications when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone who I have had classes with have been supportive and friendly. I cannot recommend this gym enough, and I am glad that I signed up.Thank you Sasquatch for kicking my a** in a good way!
