I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year- there’s a lot of variety in the workouts and I leave every class feeling like I got a good workout! The staff are friendly and offer many modifications to meet you where you’re at but also encourage you to challenge yourself.

What I like best about this gym is that the classes are limited in size enabling the coach to give personal attention to all ensuring the best possible workout. This is a personal touch that makes a big difference and a more enjoyable experience!

One of my favorite places to workout. The coaches are amazing and the workouts are very fun. I have tried multiple gym in the area but this one is the best where equal importance is given to form, strength training and cardio.

Great coaches and great members! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. The workouts are a mix of weight lifting and circuit training, and there are modifications if you’re just getting back into the gym! Plus they have an app that lets you track your progress, which is motivating.

I started in Sasquatch back in April. I send myself getting stronger and more fit. Sasquatch has helping me get better knowledge about weight lifting and training properly. Great place and great environment, I highly recommend. Very happy with my results in the last few months.

I joined Sasquatch as an absolute beginner who has no previous experience with Weight lifting/HIIT exercises. My experience here has been awesome! The coaches take great care in teaching correct form and push us to progress while maintaining right form. My fellow batchmates are also super kind and helpful! The gym itself is very clean and adequately equipped!

Great first experience for a beginner like me! The classes are beginner friendly and the coaches focus on learning the techniques correctly before adding more weights! They also provide general guidance on dieting tips! Highly recommend for beginners if you are starting to workout at gym for the first time!

I was new to crossfit inspired workouts this summer, and was quite intimidated to try it out. Sasquatch’s trainers and other gym participants really made me feel welcome and met me at my level. I grew in confidence along with my abilities due to their support and it meant a lot to me to see now where I’ve come in just a few months. I would highly recommend you give this gym a shot.

I joined the Sasquatch Strength gym in Bridle Trails about 10 months ago and have found this to be an absolutely amazing experience. The coaches are great and I love the variety of their work outs. Also because of the small class size, it’s great to work out with the same group of people who inspire and motivate me to give my best.

I’ve been going to this gym for about three weeks now and have had such an amazing experience. John and Marita are such amazing coaches. Marita is super supportive and truly cares about everyone that comes in. I’ve enjoyed all of the workouts, and they are good for every fitness level. I’m a beginner to working out and have never had the motivation but I always end the class wanting to come back. If you’re thinking about going to this gym, I highly recommend!
