You won't be setting any body building records by going here, but it's pretty much perfect for starting out or maintaining.

I did my research and visited a lot of gyms/fitness classes in Redmond and Bellevue. Within seconds of talking to their staff, my decision was clear. They were the only ones to talk to me and not at me. To ask about me rather than talk about themselves. Beat decision I’ve made in a long time. :-)

This is a great hybrid between CrossFit and functional strength training. I competed in D1 football for 4 years and the workouts we do here are very similar to the training conducted at one of the highest levels of physical competition. This includes safe practices that don’t put your body in jeopardy of injury. You get what you pay for with training and although it’s more expensive than LA Fitness the results make it an exponentially better investment.I’ve lost 25 lbs in 8 months and built back much of the strength I had lost since my playing days. To be fair I also do Yoga 3x a week and started eating better but this gym was a major contributor.Collin is an elite trainer I was sad to see him go but the franchise owner of this location is just awesome so he was able to hire 3 excellent replacements. It’s safer and more functionally effective than any CrossFit gym. If you like CrossFit workouts/results but don’t want to deal with the toxic culture and unsafe practices this is your gym. They also have legit trainers with degrees in Kinesiology and it’s the same price per month as CrossFit gyms that hire their members to run classes.

Great experience! I was looking for a new gym and thankfully the team at Sasquatch Strength helped answer all my questions and patiently showed me the ropes during my free trial. Great place to check out if you're interested in learning new workouts with a welcoming and supportive community.
