So far so good. Just started. The class is small and the workouts are great. Cross functional fitness is what I was looking for and I think I’ve found it.UPDATE***I have been going here for a while now and man this was the right decision. Pat at Bridal Trails has been really fun to work with but also very knowledgeable. I’m returning back to activity because of a serious back injury and he has been very attentive to helping me build my strength back the right way. I had one morning that I tweaked my back and instantly knew I had a problem. Pat helped me target my issue and stretch and working it out. Had I done what I did before, I would have had to take two weeks off just to get back feeling okay enough to be active.Overall an excellent place for functional full body strength and fitness! I highly recommend.

Great gym. I love the smart programming! Collin knows his stuff. They are great about covid protocols, which is important to me.

These folks are awesome! I attended a trial session and had such a great workout. The gym manager and coach were super knowledgeable. I strongly recommend if you’re on the east side.

Been coming here for 2 months. I started at a very bad fitness level and now can keep up with the work outs. It's all thanks to the patient and kind instructors who will meet you where your at and never ask for more then you can give. Couldn't recommend this place enough

They sanitize equipment and facilities before each class. Collin and Demi are very experienced friendly instructors. They understand my capabilities and provide alternative ways to do various exercises. I highly recommend Sasquatch Strength Briddle Trails.

CrossFit has caused me to enjoy fitness. The best aspect of CrossFit is the family of people you train with. So when the Box I had been attending for three years closed, I was devastated. The owner gave me a list of CrossFit gyms to check out to see which one would be the best fit. After trying five Boxes, I chose Sasquach Strength and I have been extremely impressed. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and super engaging. Sasquach is a place where you can fit in, no matter where you are, on your journey of fitness.
