Both of our kids attended workouts in Sasquatch, with our son being a regular (1xweek). With pandemic and their regular sports/practices being on hold, the option to attend these workouts has been essential to maintain their conditioning and help with their development. Collin has been very professional and also providing useful advice while keeping the workouts at the right level (challenging but age appropriate) and teaching kids how to approach training in the right way. Definitely recommended, we'll keep coming as much as schedule allows in the future.

Sasquatch Strength is just awesome. I have been a runner for years. The team has helped me get to another step in my fitness since the pandemic has made it harder. I love the community feel that they bring. Trying some of the workouts and exercises can be intimidating and tough but they are really encouraging and provide modifications that fit for you.Plus... they are absolutely responsible and respectful of the pandemic making sure it is clean and socially distant.

What makes a great coach? A great coach does not stop at telling you what to do. A great coach tells you why you are doing it. Sasquatch Strength Bridle Trails has great coaching and workouts programmed that don’t stale with a few key lifts or movements that are overused. This is functional fitness. It is not branded. Want your VO2 to go up? Want flexibility? Want strength? Want to regain your athleticism? Want to lift your spirits? Tell the coaches here what you are trying to do, and then let them tell you what to do and why it will get you there.

I’m 40yrs old, I don’t move like I used to, especially after a year of COVID self-isolation protocols. I walk into this place on a whim and am greeted warmly with an invitation for a guest workout. An invitation I accepted the very next day, and I’m so happy I did.The workout schedules vary, but warm-up and stretch routines before are consistent and applicable to the workout of the day — and if you’re anything like me, just someone trying to get back into it after too long, this part is essential. After a few weeks I can say I’m still enjoying the workouts, and am showing significant improvements in strength, mobility, endurance, and energy — *and* I’ve lost 5lbs.Thanks guys!

I tried out Sasquatch strength after recently moving to the area. I was a bit skeptical about the long commitment period of all the plans, but I decided to give it a try, I guess I made the right choice. So far all I got is positive things to say. The gym and the equipments are all brand new and all the pandemic precautions are followed. The instructors are really friendly & knowledgeable and the programming is well rounded.

I’ve been going to Sasquatch for a few months now. All the staff members are very friendly and greet each member by their first name when they walk through the door. The workouts are challenging and range from cardio, power lifting, body weight, or Olympic lifts. I love the variety because I tend to get bored of doing the same exercises over and over again. Demi, Collin, and Corey really push you to do your best and to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere and all the other members have been so nice and encouraging. The equipment and gym space is cleaned after each class which of course is very important during these Covid times.I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for an amazing community to workout with.

Sasquatch is a very professional gym with friendly trainers. Corey and Collin have been very patient and kind, as previous to Sasquatch I hadn’t worked out in over a year due to COVID. I’ve been at Sasquatch over a month and I’m getting stronger every day; as the workouts are challenging yet doable. I highly recommend Sasquatch Strength!

My 3 children have been going to Sasquatch Strength for personal training with Collin. We have been very impressed with the coaching they have received. They always enjoy their sessions and feel like they have gotten a very good workout. The facility is clean and very easily accessible. Overall it’s been a very positive experience.
