We love Rock Solid Martial Arts! They are dedicated to positive growth and putting effort into every person that walks in their door. They have made a huge impact in our child’s life, he loves karate and his instructors! They have gone above and beyond, and it has helped our child improve in not just karate but in every area! I could not highly reccomend Rock Solid enough!

My son has attended Rock solid for a year now and WOW! what a transformation. Seeing him grow and learn has been the best. He’s made leaps and bounds. The Rock Solid community is fantastic! I’m grateful for ALL the teachers and fellow students and parents support!

My twin boys have been going to the Rock Solid Martial Arts and I have been doing kickboxing classes while they are in class. It has been close to a year ? (Something like that and this place is so AWESOME)The staff members are amazing, supportive and most of all present. What do I mean by that - well they are intentional with their teachings and they pay attention to every single one of their kiddos that they have in class.Shayne has helped my boys and I tremendously, he has guided us and given us tools inside and outside those 4 walls.I will never forget the boys first class - I cannot express enough the gratitude we have for every single person in that place. It has become a second home for us - while my twins are in martial arts class … I do kickboxing with the amazing (one and only) Emily. She has been such an amazing human, super supportive, kind, genuine, caring and a great role model. This amazing group of people have made me feel understood & never have I heard anything bad, no judgements - like ever !It’s a positive and safe place for everyone ! ❤️I have nothing but respect and love for the amazing people of Rock Solid.

My 10 year old son has been attending for only a few months and already he knows that RSMA is a place he wants to go to all the time. He looks forward to going to classes and is always in a good mood after classes. He has attended camps and plans to attend any and all future camps.Shayne Simpson and staff are amazing .They encourage the kids and are positive with every interaction. The combination of fun, skill building and confidence boosting has been the perfect balance for our son and family.

My kids have been taking classes here for over a year and they love it! The instructors are super attentive and supportive, my kids have made friends outside of school, and their confidence has grown so much.I also take kickboxing classes here and they’re super fun even though they’re a lot of work! I knew absolutely nothing coming into it and the instructors (especially Emily!) are all super positive and motivating while also teaching skills in a variety of ways — which is helpful for me because sometimes I need to hear and do something a few different times before it makes sense.

It is an amazing place for my kids and I to train. Excellent instruction and programs. A very welcoming community.

Bad experience. I can not get my refund from the owners. It has been a few months, they don’t answer phones, text or emails when it comes to refund.

Rock solid martial arts is an amazing place to get fit! I love that my kids can attend class at the same time as me. When my children are released, and I’m not quite out yet the staff helps by keeping a watchful eye. The worst thing about rock solid martial arts is, I can’t decide which class I want to focus on more! I do fitness kick boxing with Emily, kenpo with shayne, and occasionally jiu jitsu with penny and Jonathan! Shayne, and penny are extremely supportive, and inspirational. I don’t feel like rock solid is just a place I go to workout, it feels like family to me. It took no time at all for it to feel like a second home. Kayden, and jonathan are fantastic teachers to the children directing a class full of littles I’m sure is no easy task yet they do it with such ease, and all the other people who help with the students! The front desk coordinators are amazing at helping as well! I love my rock solid family ♥️♥️

BJJ instructors are cool, I like the way they train. Management sucks... Very greedy

They bring you in talking about how they have these world champions, but don't mention they're champions at some sort of dance martial art, which is new and practiced by like twelve people in the world. They make their kids teach the classes. They also had some sort of locker room video scandal that I read about after we started having issues with them and I was looking them up online. You can find a mention of it if you google "shayne simpson" locker room camera. You need the quotes around the name. They mess up the accounting, and refuse to respond to email and calls until you bring legal language into it. I spent months trying to get their federal ID so that I could input money spent on school break camps on my taxes, and had to send them a notice explaining it was illegal for them to withhold it before they finally supplied it on the day taxes were due. They are incredibly greedy and only care about the money. Find yourself a place that doesn't require a contract, and think about why this place does. It's so you can't escape with your wallet.
