Rock Solid Martial Arts ️

Good structure! Scholarships available but very pushy when you can't renew or continue due to financial hardships. Felt pressured.

My Family have been coming here for years. The instructors are great. They always find a want to make it fun. Great for confidence building. Awesome for coordination and for refocusing. Great adult classes too.

This story of continued progress starts over 3 years ago; we started w/ our now almost 10 year old daughter who started at "Miss Pennys' (Shayne's wife) karate studio location. Our daughter took immediate interest, and we decided to continue to keep her going. Once our two boys became old enough to begin their own journey into karate we enrolled them. Due to time conflicts in our personal life we had to make the switch to Shayne's studio. The academics in karate for these young learners has a value that just can not be measured over a short time period. Watching our three children grow in Karate and excel at what they love is what we love about them. Shayne and his team of Karate instructors have shown our children what is possible in self-defense and self-discipline. The intent with our children is to continue seeing them grow at Shayne's karate studio.On a side note- from the time you enter the studio until you leave the staff are always pleasant and approachable. Even when extremely busy they will still find the time to answer your questions and/or concerns.

My son has been attending rock solid for a little over 2 years and I’ve seen such improvements in his focus, confidence and over all listening skills. He enjoys all three of his classes, sports, BJJ and kenpo! He has found some of his best friends through rock solid and looks up to the instructors. Such a positive environment!

My son has been attending Rock Solid for almost 2 years now, and his goal is to become one of the instructors! Rock Solid is like a second home to us! The instructors are all amazing with the kids, they offer last minute snow day camps which was a life saver when school was out! My son has learned so much about not only martial arts, but being a positive person in another persons life! We recommend this martial arts school always!

Love the kickboxing classes! It is such a great work out, and they make sure you always keep up and show you how to do everything. This place rocks!

Today marks a whole year since I went to my very first class at Penny's school with my husband. I wanted to wait to write my review till I had a full years experience at the school! When I started I worked out once in a blue moon! Now I'm addicted! This is the best way to get fit while having fun and always challenging yourself. Everyone in each class we've been to is so nice and welcoming. Everyone is at their own level and no one is judging or makes you feel bad about not being an expert! I love the energy that Penny brings to her classes. She's great at teaching and explaining. She makes working out fun and challenging. If you're looking to get healthy while having fun I highly recommend Rock Solid Martial Arts. 💪

I just completed the 6 week challenge which was something different for me. It was fun and challenging at times but that is exactly what I needed. The coaches there are supportive and push you to your limits. I would say if you are looking for different that will challenge you this is it. Great atmosphere all around!

Fun and tough workout taken at your pace and fitness level. Its a great place to get into shape. Classes are small and have all fitness levels attending. No experience is necessary to get started. Penny gives one on one help as needed to get the technique down. If you are on the fence about starting I highly recommend giving the three class trial a go. You will be glad you did.
