Decent experience up until they charged me for another month because I gave notice to cancel 6 days prior to my membership billing date instead of 7. Total BS. I'm leaving the country. I have no need for another month. Show some sense of reason people!

Nice, clean, plenty of machines. Nice staff. The only thing missing are aerobic type and yoga classes.I was ripped off at the beginning of the Pandemic. They charged me for April 2020 which I couldn't use due to the shutdown. Tried numerous times to reach the manager who never returned my calls.

I have been a member about a month after it opened and I could not be happier. I love going after 10 p.m. the whole place has maybe 5 -10 members at that time. I can use anything without waiting. The staff are incredible.Donnie and Georgia are the BEST.Very helpful, enjoyable to talk to and they keep the entire place as clean as the day it opened. Nothing is out of place. The hydro beds and free tans for 20$ a month equal the best economic value in the city. I go everyday unless I am out of town or feeling sick and that makes it less than a dollar a day for the whole year.

I would really appreciate a change in the music the employees choose. It is super loud (when asked if it could be turned down was told no), rapper/DJ musica which is not fun to work out too. It's just loud noise. I was in the Oregon City Planet Fitness and they play regular music from established artists which is much more enjoyable to workout too.

I really enjoyed the management team. Jordan and Courtney are really helpful. Their team, including Scott and Shannon, are friendly and approachable. Very clean gym too.

Walked in around 9 pm with my wife. We are travelers who take full advantage of our memberships by using the bathrooms and showers while we're in between hotels. We do not look homeless in anyway but were treated as such by the manager who was being a total d'bag at the front. We get that there is a bit of a homeless problem nearby but we are from out of state and paying customers. They made sure to make us feel unwelcome I'm assuming how they treat the homeless or less blessed ppl who are still paying customers ?? Either way if you're a paying customer. Treat me with respect. We came in with our masks on and got scanned in after being lectured on how Oregon is "different' with "different rules". Just an all around condescending vibe coming from whoever was w the desk. Apparently they are bogarting the amount of times you can check in here . Never experienced this in any of the other locations

[COVID UPDATE: Other clients are now wiping down machines after use more often since Covid.] Other than that, it's a great value, can't beat the price and very friendly staff who work hard at keeping the place clean overall. So far, very happy with this place. It's very clean with nice restrooms and easy-to-use lockers. The parking is tight but we go very early to avoid the rush when possible. My only suggestion is that the paper towels for wiping down the equipment are non-absorbent and very hard to use with any satisfaction. I also noticed most people are NOT wiping down equipment after using so I wipe it before and after. I'd suggest having wipes as an option. Maybe more will clean if it's easier.

When I applied for a membership I was in crocks and my buddy was in boots. The girls at the front desk were very polite but didnt inform us on the strange gym rules. Apparently the trainer feels intimidated by people who are in good shape so he kicks them out based on shoes. Let me get this straight we were lifting weights not running on the treadmill. I kindly asked the man why he thought that was good for business and if he could explain why those shoes were not ok. He couldnt and just because he felt threatened he kicked us out. Every staff memeber was laughing at the way he handled the situation. They were giving me winks and nods of approval for standing up to him. He refused to refund our memberships even though it was as simple as letting us change shoes and swallowing his pride. They still have yet to refund over $100 between us. The assistant manager has no control of his staff as he was no use either. He lied saying he would refund the money and never did. Hey boss man maybe check on your staff. If you want good employees get rid of the bad ones....

I am new to town and google mapped this location. I came in to check out the equipment and tan (as I am a black card member). Upon entry, the 1st words out of the front desk employee (Chris) was, "do you have a mask"? Not the expected, "hello, welcome in". My reply, "yes, I do." And I put one on. Then I proceeded to ask, "what is this locations policy on wearing masks while at the equipment and working out?" Chris replied (snarkily, yes I made that word up), "company policy REQUIRES you to wear a mask the entire time, even when working out, as wearing a mask does NOT prohibit the airflow of oxygen". 1st off, Chris should have stated JUST the company policy to me. I do NOT appreciate coming into an environment/company where I PAY to use their services, and get preached at by the front desk (didn't even say HELLO to me) and push his bias, uneducated blanket statement/opinion to me. I'll politely follow company policy, but keep your ignorant opinions to yourself!I DID NOT FEEL WELCOME COMING INTO THIS LOCATION. Management should be having a talk with their co-workers on how to be a pleasant and gracious worker.

I posted, and then removed a rather scathing review. I wish to be more specific with this one in hopes something positive will come of it.The music played overhead is WAY TOO LOUD! I wear my $300 Sony noise cancelling ear buds and I am still hearing the gyms music over the speakers. I asked a young gentleman at the desk and he said he would not turn it down. 95% of the patrons are listening to their own music, so I can only assume the house music is for the employees. I have been told by another employee that the volume level is dictated by corporate. I will be cancelling my membership if something cannot be done about this.Thank you
