ETB is an exceptional fitness academy with a focus on Jiujitsu grappling. Operated by the most dedicated fitness professionals and Jiujitsu black belts. It’s expensive and even intimidating to some, but you’re investment pays with huge ROI for men and women especially with body transformation goals. This is not for people who don’t see their fitness as an investment.EBT focuses on accountability and nutrition, something that most fitness centers do not focus on at all. They do meal prep, follow up calls. They have professionals holding people to their goals. This is a place where there is a lot to invest in.Jiujitsu is the glue that feeds the addiction to a healthy lifestyle. Once your hooked you won’t look back. Achieving body transformation through Jiujitsu and fitness is a no brainer and this academy is one of the only fitness centers that capitalizes on that cultural synergy. This is a place where people’s lives change very quickly in positive a direction.

Egley has been a place of refuge for my family. My kids have learned discipline and a respect for the ability to control their bodies. I am thankful for the time and effort put into the kids classes. It has made a worldOf difference.

Mahalo to Professor Michael and Coach Anthony for the gracious opportunity to train while visiting Boise. As a 50YO, rooster weight, brown belt, I'm always cautious about where and who I train with. I appreciated the technical, controlled training and welcome atmosphere.

I have been with Egley Train for over 6 months now. EVERYONE IS SO GREAT. I am so happy to be apart of this amazing community. The encouragement, positivity and accountability has been just what I needed..in more ways than one. Not only has this gym been transforming my body (lost 30 lbs) but also my mental and emotional well-being. I am dead serious..this has changed my life!

I’ve never done martial arts before but I knew I wanted to get involved with Jiujitsu so I spent some time bouncing around to different BJJ gyms in the Valley and a lot of the time I ended up leaving class with more questions then answers and some places it was a bit difficult to get help from the instructor.Egley Train Boise definitely stood out from the rest. The first class i attended everyone was friendly and Michael’s instruction was clear and detailed. After the next class I knew this was a good place to train for the long run.Great facility, great instruction and I highly recommend them.

My buddy and I dropped into the gym while on a work trip to Boise. The staff, coaches were nothing short of incredible. They welcomed us in with open arms and were very happy to have us train. The classes itself were incredible as the instructors broke down the fundamentals class in such a great way that makes jiu jitsu fun and effective. I would recommend this gym to anyone and they have awesome affiliations with the Veteran community which makes them that much more sought after. I can’t wait to come back and roll again. Thank you guys so much for your love and hospitality!!!

Coach Mike and his team have developed a great community and run an outstanding establishment. I’ve been training with him for a few weeks now and am looking forward to where the future will lead for my own journey here and what Coach Mike has in store.
