It’s expensive and even intimidating to some, but you’re investment pays with huge ROI for men and women especially with body transformation goals. Mahalo to Professor Michael and Coach Anthony for the gracious opportunity to train while visiting Boise. As a 50YO, rooster weight, brown belt, I'm always cautious about where and who I train with. I appreciated the technical, controlled training and welcome atmosphere.

From day one entering this martial arts studio I felt welcomed! This place has some of the softest mats around as well as some extremely knowledgeable couches!I’ve grown exponentially thanks to the dedication of the staff here! Definitely recommend checking it out!

I’ve never done martial arts before but I knew I wanted to get involved with Jiujitsu so I spent some time bouncing around to different BJJ gyms in the Valley and a lot of the time I ended up leaving class with more questions then answers and some places it was a bit difficult to get help from the instructor.Egley Train Boise definitely stood out from the rest. The first class i attended everyone was friendly and Michael’s instruction was clear and detailed. After the next class I knew this was a good place to train for the long run.Great facility, great instruction and I highly recommend them.

My buddy and I dropped into the gym while on a work trip to Boise. The staff, coaches were nothing short of incredible. They welcomed us in with open arms and were very happy to have us train. The classes itself were incredible as the instructors broke down the fundamentals class in such a great way that makes jiu jitsu fun and effective. I would recommend this gym to anyone and they have awesome affiliations with the Veteran community which makes them that much more sought after. I can’t wait to come back and roll again. This place is awesome. Very warm and welcoming environment from people from all walks of life. The owner takes the time to check on all his peeps while encouraging your own accountability and discipline. If you are ready in life to take your training serious this is the time. 100 percent! Stick to the plan he has set and you will see results!
