Clean, good selection of workout equipment. Some machines are older than others, but all are functional. It would be nicer if the staff actually did something or spent their time organizing the weights instead of just sitting near the front desk on their phones

I have been a member of XSport fitness for a few years and was convinced to step things up a notch with personal training. Tammy offered a complimentary first hour and I have been training with her twice a week for many months. She is very good at creating a customized workout and in tune with body limitations, previous injuries, and age. Her knowledge and experience come through in her always changing workouts. A great personality! It wasn’t until I started this training that I noticed a real change in my body definition and fitness level. Nice going Tammy and thank you for your care!

This is an extremely affordable gym, however you really get what you pay for. I run into the same issues time after time: no paper towels in the dispensers to wipe down machines, spray bottles for paper towels always empty, smelly weight area, especially by the free weights, no soap in the showers, etc. To summarize, this place is usually always under maintained to a certain degree and feels grimey. I suggest management create a better hourly maintenance routine which allows for members to feel they are working out in a clean establishment. If they cleaned the place up and made sure cleaning supplies were stocked, I would have no problems with this gym.

I really enjoy the fact that they have an upstairs for all the classes that have plenty of room. Along with 6 individual punching bags!

The great thing about a big gym is the abundance of equipment. The downside is that at peak hours, it's a bid crowded. I remedy this by using the gym at weird hours. The membership is pretty affordable.

I canceled my membership 2 minths ago at this location and i just saw that money hae been deducted from my busines account.Since i already have all the paperwork as a proof, in the next week or so you ll be talking to my lawyer.

Good selection of equipment and spread out well, the place is usually clean including the locker rooms, which are nice albeit small. However, it's usually very crowded and as of recently there are limited guest hours, which is annoying.

Understaffed and extremely dirty. The bathrooms are a complete disaster. And the paper towels are always out. Machines of out of order will remain unrepaired for weeks. The only good things are friendly staff and reasonable price.

The worst. Cancelled my membership today. This location is a ghetto as it gets for health clubs. The men’s locker room smells like a toilet. The facility is a mess and falling apart. Employees are too busy looking into their cell phones to take interest in customers. Final straw was today, only one drinking fountain in the whole dump and it was broken.

Love Xsport and have happily been a premium member for years- but this location is disgusting. I expect it to be less clean than the nicer locations in Pipers Alley, Naperville and Downers Grove - but this place is filthy. Often no toilet paper in women’s locker room, out of paper towels for 2 days now, dust bunnies so big you can see them across the locker room and garbage that’s been on the floor for 2+ days. The gym itself is also dirty. 2 days ago the front desk attendant was sleeping when I came in. This place needs new management. Gross.
