When i brought my guest, they helped him a lot so that's the good part . Overall, I paid a dollar for the spa deal which never happened, instead I got charged extra for that each month. I had to call four times to get my refund and never got a dollar refund for my spa situation .This was a highly upsetting experience. I wasn't verbally told that there was a ten dollar cancelacance fee either .I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone who may not want the stress of cancellation process. Make sure that you're checking your debit or credit card!!!

I have been a member for almost a year now. This place is always clean. I have the most amazing personal trainer Amanda. The entire staff is super helpful and friendly. My daughter has the best time in the child care. They have the sweetest daycare staff.

I'm so happy to be on this gym people are very polite but something is very annoying is a guy every morning bring his own music we barely understand the music from the gym and his music he has a Bluetooth so noisy we can even concentrate.

We are Xsport New York members and its such a pleasure to visit there Chicago clubs, when we let the staff know we were out of towners they went the extra mile to make us feel at home, thanks Darien Chicago! And thanks to the G.M Ernie ,Frankie and the whole xsport team!

175 for membership and another 25 for a quest??? ill quit asap. i ahve a trouble to make that 25 at that time and my friend was force to leave the gym ..they were like: We are sorry there is nothong we cam do..but when its time to collect the money they are real predators . shame on u xsport darien.... i will no longer recommended u to my friends because one of my friend was planning to becone a member but i dont let him do it because ill quit at my next day within 30 Days!!!! Everyone was extremely helpful when signing up. I just wanted to switch to a 24hr gym with 130-150lb DB. They were very accomidating on pricing and assisting me. Highly recommend this location over the findley one. Million times better experience and cleaner location.

Xsport seems to me like a complete scam. i have the worst experience with them i have ever had with any other company. i honestly think they are worse than Comcast. Thank you Xsport for scamming me out of and taking my hard earned money. Not that anyone elses hard earned money is less important but when your a single mom of 3 and your just trying do the little that you can for yourself to be healthier to take of those kids, that last thing you need is a greedy, for -profit gym taking advantage of you just to get those sales.So i joined on 10/21/16. I was talked into a personal trainer package deal. Yes i am a little bit at fault for being gullible. i had explained i have never actually worked out in my life and i need to get healthy. i was convinced that i needed to learn the proper form and way to do exercises correctly so i get the benefit and don't hurt myself, which sounds reasonable and truthful. that i will not deny. i did explain that i did not want to start right away because i just want to get in the habit of fitting gym time in my schedule. i am a single mom of 3. i was told i should do the 1 free training consult and go from there.i paid a certain amount upfront which was supposed to be the downpayment for the training sessions and my first month membership. a week later i was charged for my monthly memebership, then 2 weeks after that i was charged 9.95, which im now told is a annual memebership fee. i was never even told that there was a annual fee. and it hadn't even been a month since i joined let alone a year.The training sessions i bought a package of 24 because i was told it lowered the price by $15 per session. it's supposed to come out in bi-weekly payments. they have been taking them out on the wrong weeks. i talked to the supposed manager 2 weeks ago and was supposed to get a call back. i never did. i call back today to be told the guy's name i had written down was wrong i actually talked to a steve not a mike and steve no longer works there and that is why i did not get a call back. now im waiting on corporate. i told the manager mike today i no longer want to do the personal training. he says that is technically a contract and i can't return them! I was never told any such thing. How are you going to charge me for something i'm not even using? i was never told it was a contract. i was told i was signing to approve the automatic debit from my account for the bi-weekly payments.And i was charged again for today for my monthly membership. which i joined exactly a month ago but have now paid 3 times.Xsport seems to me like a complete scam. i have the worst experience with them i have ever had with any other company. i honestly think they are worse than Comcast. Same as any other Gym..oh yeah they NEVER close! Parking and crowd acceptable. Annual reasonable. Did I mention you will never be thinking..oh it's 7 on a Saturday and my LA fitness is closing in an hour..

I drove 30 minutes to go workout using the 7 day free trial. I called ahead of time to make sure I didn't drive out there for nothing. They confirmed I could use it.When I arrived they said they had no more passes to give and said they couldn't do anything about it. Even though there was hardly any one there, they still wouldn't let me work out for the day even though I drove all that way.Don't give this business your money.

This gym taught me that there is no free lunch. Be careful with the 30 days money guarantee. If you don't like it, do not sign for the gym at all.
