I previously went to an Xsport in the city who had confirmed my membership would transfer. I went several times with no issue until one day, they toldme I couldn’t workout there but did not tell me how to resolve the issue because they didn’t know how to work the system. I then worked out as my husband’s guest while they “looked into it” and then came and stopped me mid-rep and said I couldn’t be a guest or workout there because I was a member. None of it made sense so I talked to the manager and all I had to do was switch my home gyms. It was embarrassing to get stopped mid workout (mind you I’m 7 months pregnant) by a gym employee who had no idea what was going on. The manager was nice, but the girl working the front desk was not helpful, not nice and not good at her job. I plan to cancel my membership after that experience.

Only Plays fox news, take that as you will. Just an average gym, people up front only care about talking to other staff or attractive regulars. They don't care about anyone else and it's obvious. Trash is always full and the machines are always a mess. Bring your own clips because most are broken here

This gym is overcrowded, especially on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Always waiting for a bench or any machine. A lot cardio equipment is beat up and some not working. Stuff gets stolen in locker room where locks have been cut off. The locker room is extremely dirty. The staff just sits around doing nothing on slow days like a Sunday. High turnover rate of staff as well. Staff unwilling to show a guest around without signing liability paperwork just for a walk through most likely so they can then bombard guest trying to get them to sign up. Overall just a really dirty gym that has too many people and a disgusting locker room where your belongings are not safe. Would recommend Anytime fitness or even your local park district gym.

The best time to go is early in the morning(3:30am-6am). Not terribly crowded, quiet, machines and free weights are always open.Anytime after 5pm and you're battling everyone else for a spot on the machines, it's super noisy, and crowded.

5 lockers got robbed here this evening. Someone cut the locks off off lockers and stole cash , maybe more. No security here. Don't use lockers here.

As soon as you pull in the lot, you start to get the hint something isn't right. Potholes I mean POTHOLES. Then I went inside, poor customer service. Non working equipment, not a place I can comfortably workout. Might as well spend a couple extra $$ and go to life time fitness. They have everything child care, play areas, 2 swimming pools, steam rooms, running track. I won't be signing up with xport. No need to reply with a random comment generator without even reading the comments. Get it together xport.

That locker room needs to be more spacious. When it was in the Darien location the locker room was comfortable and spacious. Now you feel cramped and your space is invaded. I would suggest expanding the locker room and take away that stretch area.
