Restrooms are always filthy and makes it uncomfortable when in we’re looking for another gym this week.

Now they have upgraded equipments and extending space. I like it now. Only negative thing is restroom is small and not clean most of the time. I believe with the extension this issue will be gone.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I had my brother sign up for training and not only after 2 months I have seen no difference, trainer cancelled on us many times for his own vacations but when I tried to cancel the renewal agreement, initially the manager told me it would be an easy process and the awful manager that was consistently pressuring us to sign the renewal agreement, the next day I went to xsport to cancel the initial agreement, and the manager said “I CANT DO NOTHING FOR YOU, CALL THE 1800 NUMBER, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM” very unprofessional people working here, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER AGREE OR SIGN UP TO THIS GYM OR ANY PATHETIC TRAINER HERE, then I ended up calling that number and even there the lady over the phone rudely said “YOU BETTER SEND A WRITTEN LETTER WITHIN 3 BUISNESS DAYS AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT FAX OR EMAIL” this entire gym is and business is just so money hungry and don’t care about the actual client, keep this attitude up and I’m sure your buisness will go down drastically.

I like the staff here and upgrades they have made to the fitness machines. The ladies locker room could really use some work. The only upgrade it got was a coat of paint which is just a dull grey.

Feeling a little iffy about signing up for a membership, from all of what I have heard about your employees and just looking at the reviews, I’ll pass. Xsport looks nothing more than dissapointment. Saved from that trap. Thanks to the people who share their experience.

Lost 50 pounds (210-160) working out here. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have great clothes and products to wear and use when working out.

Nice gym newly remodeled. Less crowded. Everyone is nice. The only thing that I don't like is the locker room and the bathroom. Dirty most of the time and too small.

This Fitness Express has expanded substantially over the years. Has great equipment and enough space to complete almost any workout you desire with an affordable month rate. Highly recommend this place.
