I wanted to express a concern about a recent experience I just had xsport in Bolingbrook. I went with a few friends some of which had memberships and the others we were bringing as guests. It was a few minutes after 9 and I understand that the policy does not allow guests past 9 however I witnessed the employee letting people bring guests past that time. I don’t know if this was rooted in a racist act but it was completely unfair and he also asked us to pay $10 for my friends to work out. His name was “Jimmy.”

Recently remodeled. Very nice place to work out. Less cramped now. There is a new green turf now. Lots of weight machines.Restrooms have lockers, toilets, showers, sauna room. Not remodeled. Not the best, but useable. Has XIT classes too. No pool.Could join for as low as $9.95/month.I recommend giving this place a try.

This is the most ghetto gym I’ve ever been to. Machines are broken and old. Water fountain broken and dirty. They have a 1800’s weight scale compared to other gyms having electric ones. I went CRAWLING back to my old gym. At least I got a good laugh out of gym. Enjoy the gym!

This location is an xsport "express" EXPRESS means there's no sauna, pool, steam room, ect. Everything is in order here.

If they had zero star I would give it to them. All the staff is doing is talking and eating with other staff they have no good customer service skills and is not kid friendly at all there's a guy name Austin and let me tell you what an ass he is, all he do is just check if there is any balance due and he will tell you to pay it otherwise he won't let you workout I cancelled my membership and went to planet fitness. Not recommended at all highly avoid this place if you can!!!

I used to love this gym actually. Convenient location, helpful staff, the basic accommodations a gym should have - but unfortunately, over the course of the passed couple of years I have been charged on my membership when the account should have been frozen. I was warned by many colleagues and peers about XSport having a history of unwarranted charges and to watch my accounts - just in case! The first couple of times staff and management had been readily available to help solve the problems of unknown charges as well as clear up any fees. But, when I called today I was placed on hold without being told, hung up on, and given no reason as to why I’m being charged again.I don’t know if this is how you handle your customer service, how you train your staff to handle things like this or how you deal with problems such as this but it is not appreciated by any means. I’ve worked in numerous versions of customer service positions and/or positions that are very much at the forefront of caring for people, and I’ve got to say - I am pretty disappointed.

SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN PERIL. I am warning you do not sign up here unless you want to get robbed. I signed up for a summer pass at the gym and paid for my first and last month up front. I didn't have a problem with this, but the gym will charge you hidden fees that they tell you nothing about when signing up. When trying to cancel my membership, (was moving out of state) a month prior to leaving. The employee at the front desk told me to cancel it right before I left. I clarified that I was trying to cancel a month in advance as I didn't want to be billed for an extra month (even though they already take the last months payment when signing up). She assured me that I would not be charged extra. A few weeks later I went in to cancel my membership and the employees charged me an extra months membership even though I was caught up on payments and had already paid for the last month upon signing up. When attempting to talk to the employees about the extra charge they all brushed me aside and essentially didn't take my problem seriously. When asking the specific employee who had given me false information weeks prior what could be done, her excuse was that there was new management and nothing could be done. Not a single employee in the facility was taking my problem seriously and brushed me aside. The facility legitimately robbed me of my hard earned money and didn't even consider my concerns. The employees were giving me legitimate attitude as I tried to politely state my concerns. Essentially for 3 months of gym use, I was charged for 5 months PLUS an extra hidden "annual maintenance fee" which I also wasn't informed about upon signing up. What was supposed to be a $60 gym membership for the summer turned into a $120 charge. Sharing this so everyone is aware and this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Chose this place because it was local and it that it was 24 hours. Renovations were done throughout the year and it's looked great since I first started going here with friends. Friendly staff and clean equipment.

Inexpensive membership, and it has everything I need to train with.

Little too crowded at times given the venue and amount of members.
