A great atmosphere to be in. Love all the different people. Recently put in new lights so you can actually see what you're doing. Staff is awesome. Trained several times with Molly and saw some legit weight loss. Love this gym.

I searched all around Boulder for a gym that could accommodate all of my needs and this was the only one that could do that but at a reasonable price. I can lift, use chalk, have plenty of room to stretch, use the sauna, and never have to wait for equipment. This place is a solid overall gym. It's just a bit too big for my liking.

Surprised at the reviews. I"ve been working out at 24 for 5 months. I meet with one of the trainers, Brian Bokoski, 3 times a week. We use a mix of machines and free weights. My body is so lean, muscular and sexy now. I LOVE IT! The staff (trainers, front desk staff, the managers, and Joey) are all super polite and call me by name and the gals locker room is very clean. THE PRICE IS GREAT AND IT GETS THE JOB DONE. If a machine happens to not be working find free weight alternative - you'll work more core and get a better workout.

I came to this gym after moving from the East Coast and having great experience at a Planet Fitness out there. I thought this gym would be similar but I was extremely disappointed. Although it is half the price of the other gyms in Boulder, a lot of the machines don't work. When it's busy, which it usually is during the times I would go, it can be hard to find an available working machine. I went last week and tried 5 different broken machines before getting too frustrated and leaving because everywhere else was packed with people. This has happened every time I've gone. I'm sure some people have success here but I'm definitely going to spend extra for a better gym. Just happy I didn't have to commit to a year.

Despite the negativity I see in these reviews I found that this gym is a great facility. The locker rooms are clean when I go in, the people at the desk always greet you and acknowledge you as you walk out the door. I have not had anything forced on me, even when I asked about a supplement. The only thing that annoys me is how busy it gets but that is easily remedied by going at a time in which it isn't busy. Oh and the idiots who spend so much time in the squat rack that they should pay rent.

This is a great gym. Good variety of new equipment that is almost never down for repairs, clean, super friendly and positive staff, and affordable. I really don't understand the negative comments. Thanks to the 24-hr team!

Went to try out their 3-day free trial. A manger came over and interrupted while i was talking to a sales rep and was offended that I wasn't signing up on the spot, was very pushy and unprofessional. The gym looked pretty good and their pricing was decent, but, because of this particular manager, I will never go back.

Walked in on a random Wednesday at 10:30am a few months ago, hoping to see the facilities and get a workout in as a guest. Waited over an hour for a sales rep as looking around is not allowed for guests. The place was incredibly busy for the middle of the day, and I ended up leaving without being helped.Today I got a billing notice in my email from 24 Hour Fitness, saying that "as requested" my ACH payment has been updated, with someone else's name and signature on the credit card. I never even signed up! This company is incompetent -- worst service ever.

The reason I am giving this gym a 1 star review is because of one of their management members named Michael Gabriel. When I came in to work out for the first time, I made it explicitly clear that I only wanted to join the gym for a couple months due to a few muscle imbalances that I was dealing with at the time. Michael was the person helping me on the date of my first visit. After a short tour and some information about the gym, he took me back to the computer to show me membership options. Because I had been a member a few years ago, he told me he would waive the registration fee. He then showed me a couple pricing options and pointed to the one he thought would suit me best given my circumstances (keep in mind that I made it extremely clear that I only wanted a couple months of training there). After a couple months of training, I approached the front desk about canceling my membership. They told me that I was on a 12 month membership plan and that I could not get out of the contract. I then grabbed Michael's business card to get his contact info. It took almost 2 weeks to finally get in touch with him and meet him at the gym to discuss this issue. The assistant manager made it clear before hand that it "shouldn't be an issue" and that "we will get you figured out no problem." Over the phone Michael was extremely rude to me and insisted that it was my fault without accepting fault in any of the miscommunication. He is a young and unexperienced manager so I understand that he has a hard time owning up to his own mistakes. I guess I am going to have to get ahold of his supervisor and se if that person is reasonable or not. All in all, there are too many gyms in Boulder to have to deal with this kind of nonsense. Save your money and go to another gym that is local.

Very convenient, lots of equipment, always a “Hello” at the door. I’ve been a member for 1.5 years. However, while I’m reticent to complain, the equipment is often in bad repair. Two weeks ago an employee inventorying malfunctioning equipment chatted me up. He assured me that the front desk wants to know when there are equipment issues. Despite my past experience that they don’t really care, I reluctantly pointed out 2 new problems to the front desk. Of course they didn’t bother to even write down the equipment number and blew me off.I will continue to use the facility, but have learned to just ignore the broken equipment.
