The basketballs are all lopsided and I've said something everytime I've been here for the last couple weeks and all the staff does is apologize. I just want a decent basketball, not an apology, lol. Equipment is ALWAYS broken. Check out my picture of the fly machine and the terribly dangerous weld job. This can definitely hurt someone by being uneven when force is applied, this has been like this for about 1.5 years. The cable machine often offer different resistance because of lubing issues. The guy at the front counter jokes with me about picking stuff out that's broken. That's how many times we've talked, it's bad. If there was another gym for $35/month they would go out of business quickly.

Small fitness center, only two pool lanes, small hottub. Shared sauna and steam room. Nice that there was a swim suit spinner, so your swim suit isn't soaking your gym bag on the way out. Showers look nice, shower head showers are not comfortable, too high pressured. Big locker room, more spacey than equipment room. First time at this location and staff was friendly.

Been going here since 2011. Best facility around with the most friendly staff. In the mornings, the crowd is well balanced from novice to experts. Highly recommend this gym if you are just starting out.

This is BY FAR the BEST 24 in the denver/boulder area. I've been to almost all of the surrounding sport level 24s and none compare to the boulder super sport. The cleanliness, machine options, lifting area, and stretching/functional area are all levels above any other 24 in the area. There could be more benches but the trx cage makes up for that. The training staff here is far superior to any other gym..ive been training with Sam for a couple months now and I'm in the best shape of my life. Hes an excellent trainer with a scientific background which is really great to have, and he does a good job mixing up the exercises so I don't get bored, and took the time to write down other exercises for me to do on my own time and when I'm on vacation as well.Highly recommend!I

Look, I'm happy with this gym. It's fairly clean and the staff is great, but it's pretty frustrating to see a piece of equipment (the calf raise machine) be broken for a few weeks now.Update: Two weeks later, it's still brokenI will gladly raise my rating when it gets fixed.

Staff is generally helpful, but facilities have lots of broken cardio equipment and the men's room constantly smells of urine. I swear they never clean it. Biggest issue with 24 is the "deep clean" announcement they pump thru the speaker to assuage their members. Never in over 10 years of going there have I ever seen anyone even clean, let alone "deep clean".

Cool and nice place to get a workout in. Men's restroom always smells like urine. Seems like the men's facilities are never cleaned. My wife says the women's facilities are nicer here then our main 24 though. Go figure.

Loud, loud, loud. I'm fine with some background music but this location seems to have missed the memo that we all have our own music, podcasts, whatever. And then when the 24 Hour Fitness commercials come on (over the sound system!), they're even louder. And half of their TVs play only 24HF content/ads. With that said, this place meets my basic needs. They've gotten much better in the past couple of years at repairing equipment and keeping the place clean. (However, when showers break, it seems to take many months to fix them.) If you're looking for a place for a no-frills workout, you could do worse.

They're calling this 24 a super sport now so they can charge new members $10-30 more a month. No added benefit or value, just a surcharge for lipstick on a pig. This gym is actually the nastiest 24 sport that I used to go to, out of the three that I usually visit. I have the Costco membership ($16/month for 2 years, also incidentally the only reason I go to 24: it's cheap) so now I'm denied the most convenient option for my bargain gym membership. But whatever, now at least I don't have to deal with the old, low-hanging rims in their constantly leaking, poorly ventilated basketball court, where only half the boards are dead. Nor do i have to deal with the scuzzy, grimey locker rooms. Gone also are my problems with the pushy or creepy staff (not all are bad, just a few leave a bad taste). So I suppose I should thank these guys for forcing me to raise my standards.

It's always been a solid gym, but making this place a Super Sport is the most blatant money grab I've seen from 24hr Fitness and a complete disgrace. Otherwise, I would probably give the place a 4-5 star review had it stayed as a Sport location.I started coming to this gym probably close to 10 years ago when I was going to CU Boulder. That lasted until about 3-4 years ago when I moved out of Boulder because of my job and eventually moved out of Colorado altogether. I'm back here on business and thought I would hit up the old gym again and everything was great until I was denied entry the 2nd day because this now requires a Super Sport membership (1st day was a complimentary trial I guess). I was told this happened 2 years ago but looking at review here it seems like it was only about a year ago? Either way, all the signs still say "Sport" inside and it certainly doesn't really provide anything beyond what they had before and what other Sport locations have. It's pretty obvious they only did this because Boulder gets a lot of traffic at the gym so they want to make people pay more. They made me pay $25 as a "special offer" on top of my existing Sport membership in order to use the place for the 10 days that I'll be in town...Some of the equipment is newer than 4 years ago but it's the same workouts, just a fresh coat of paint. Everything's still in the same general locations. They taped out some boxes on the floor to mark off some deadlift spots but that's about it. Weights are weights, it really doesn't matter if the equipment is painted grey or white. Plus, I've used the exact same equipment at other Sport locations in Colorado. In fact, this place is actually smaller and less equipped than some of the other Sport locations I've been to. Always has been just because the building isn't as big as other places. It's bad enough that 24hr Fitness have been only building Super Sport locations and phasing out all the Sport locations but taking an existing Sport facility and just calling it Super Sport is messed up. Now apparently they're also doing something called "Ultra Sports"...not sure how much more I want to keep supporting a shady money grabbing business like this.By the way, for people reading the other reviews and wondering about inconsistencies regarding the cleanliness and whatnot, I'm guessing it's cause by general Colorado standards, this place is busy (cause Boulder gyms are busy) so of course there's some side effects of just having more sweaty people come through. By something like California standards, this place is as clean as an operating room. Overall, I think it's a good enough place to get a workout in and like I said, it would have been a 4-5 star review from me had it not been for the crappy business side of things.
