Huge, open space with lots of crossfit toys to play with. Owner Nicole was so knowledgeable, friendly and always available for questions. You will get fitter here!

I've been a sports massage therapist in boulder since 2006. I used to think CrossFit was a place to do poor heavy movements fast that led to injuries. Boy was I wrong. I learned so much about my own body, proper lifting technique and when to scale back. It made me a better bodyworker 10x over. The level of coaching at this gym is unbelievable. It's worth every cent you invest. Not only that, the community is very strong. From someone who really needed a pick me up when i joined, this place checks all the boxes. You won't regret it. -Josh

Fantastic, spacious gym with dedicated coaches and a great community of athletes who are always encouraging. Tons of classes every day so you can catch a workout regardless of your schedule. I went from 15 years on the couch to regular workouts with far greater ease than I ever could have guessed, and I credit the people just as much as the CrossFit system. Thanks, Roots!

Visited Boulder, CO for a business trip and looked for a local CrossFit. I am so glad I found Roots! From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by the staff and other CrossFitters. Roots truly represents all that is great about CrossFit and the CrossFit community. Their coaching was over the top amazing, the coaches spend time with each person throughout the workout to ensure everyone has a chance to improve.Special thanks to Nicole, Connor and "OC" for being so welcoming.

I've been a member at Roots for over 5 years now and all I can say is Nicole and Eric run a wonderful box and community. The coaching staff are all highly qualified and great at what they do. They prioritize safety and are clearly passionate about the member experience. I highly recommend CrossFit Roots to anyone interested in prioritizing health and joining a welcoming community.

Dropped into CrossFit Roots today. I'm a frequent traveler and love to find great CrossFit gyms to visit when I'm on the road. This is one of the best ones that I've been to. The facility is big and easy to find. Every member was nice but focused on doing the work. The coach was excellent at working us through the exercises and explaining the scaling options. They even answered the phone when I called about scheduling a class to drop into. There isn't any place on their website for a non-member to reserve a spot in class but you can register online and send a message to tell them when you want to show up.

I went through CFL1 and recently CFL2 at this location. I have very high standards and am self diagnosed OCD when it comes to certain things. This Affiliate never dissapoints. It is always extremely clean and well organized. I've been into other boxes that have been open 1/4 of the time as ROOTS and arent even half as clean or organized. Staff I have met (Nicole/Cody) were always extremely friendly and welcoming. Great facility, great staff, and from what I have seen and heard from others, definitely a good choice if you are looking to join the CF community with a group that really cares.
