I started working out at crunch about a month and a half to two months ago. I really like coming here as it is very friendly for college students and alumni, and it has a lot of amenities that I also appreciate. My trainer Trey who I’ve been working with has been nothing short of great! He stepped in and took me on after my initial trainer quit on short notice and I have been very satisfied with our workouts.

I just recently started working out here and absolutely love it due to the daycare system. It’s always so clean and my son just loves to go there. All the employees are so great with all age kids, especially Nicole. My son just loves her!! I would definitely recommend sending your kids here, it is so reasonable and great!

I have been coming to Crunch for awhile and I love it here. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. They great you as you come in everyday and have created a welcoming environment to the gym. I have enjoyed the equipment and group fitness classes as well! Tammy teaches two great classes on Saturday morning that I would highly recommend. If you want some real bang for your buck I would definitely suggest Crunch as your next gym.

This is a wonderful gym if you’re looking to start working out in the Boulder area. When I went, it was always clean and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. They have great deals on tanning and personal training, and you can change your membership by talking to someone over email or phone. The management is also super helpful- I had a personal health emergency come up which made me have to cancel my membership, and Rachel (the manager for the Boulder location) was so kind and understanding and helped me close my account with no questions asked.I know this location can get pretty busy since it’s one of the only public gyms in the Boulder area, but if you find the right time of day you can get almost the whole gym to yourself. The memberships are affordable and the equipment is always clean and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend Crunch to anyone looking to start their fitness journey :)

You need to change the open 24/7 sign on the building. Woke up to go to the gym at 5am on Saturday and didn't find out you were closed till I got there.Edit: came the next day at 8 am and you still weren't open. This is not what I pay for. Would not recommend this gym to anyone I know

I've been doing Crunch One a one with trainer Riley. He is amazing, he challenges and motivates me. Besides that he gives me suggestion what workout to do during the week. Great professional. It is important to add that Crunch is a gym clean and organized with all kind of equipment and machines.

I'm going through a very hard transition to being homeless and have been for a while. I decided to take advantage of their $0.14 sign up for Valentine's Day and I haven't felt this human in a long time they treated me like a person I felt welcome. And when I went to tell the trainers and the people at the front desk how and what I was going through they made me feel like I was my home from home even though I don't have one right now, just a citizen of the world, so thank you guys are amazing

The assistant manager Andrew is such a great guy! He has a very welcoming attitude when I walk in and no matter what the day brings he is always in great mood. When I mention any concerns or questions to Andrew he gives a very genuine and helpful solution. Crunch Boulder is everything you want in a gym!!

Affordable tiered pricing with optional amenities (red light therapy, tanning, aqua massage beds, variety of class offerings, personal trainer sessions) and sauna provides good value. In addition, the gym has a lot of fitness equipment and space. Because of the above, this gym can get extremely busy; typically when CU classes end for the day.Crunch Fitness has gone through a lot of changes since opening. It doesn’t serve to complain about past issues such as cleanliness of the men’s locker room, shower stalls, and sauna, broken equipment, lack of soap in the showers, sauna being non-functional for weeks at a time, etc as there are many reviews highlighting these complaints from a while ago. However, it seems like they are turning it around and things are getting better. What remains constant is the fact that everyone is respectful and kind; I feel welcomed and accepted every time I walk through the doors. Several of the staff (Chuck, Zayne, Gage, and Alex to name a few) knows and welcomes me by name. Kodie steps it up to another level as he’s genuinely engaged and interested in my next adventures and pursuits. I look forward to seeing him as he offers encouraging words while performing his work duties throughout the gym.
