MSC is so much more than a gym. You may hear that a lot but this is the real deal. The coaches are invested in helping you reach the goals you set for yourself. They create an individual program for you specifically to help you reach those goals. They welcome you and cheer you on. It’s truly become a second home.

I love working out here. The Semi-private classes are awesome. The trainers ((all great)) watch you and correct your form when necessary and encourage you to go up in weight which is something I don't do on my own. The strength camp classes are tough and challenging but I love them. I highly recommend checking out MSC Strength and Conditioning.

Our son first started training at MSC after the birth of our grandson. His body changed dramatically for the better. Then my wife started training through Zoom and was extremely happy. I finally took the plunge and have felt well taken care of by my trainer, Meg. She modifies routines to assist in my balance issues while still strengthening and conditioning me. Careful attention in paid to starting with breathing and stretches to properly warm up.I am very pleased, particularly when we get the opportunity to train in person at MSC while visiting the grandchildren. I heartily recommend MSC. BTW, I am a 70 year old male former nurse practitioner and nursing professor.

Best gym I’ve had the pleasure of attending. The coaches have great energy levels and are all around awesome people. It makes those early morning workouts a little easier.Aside from being awesome, the coaches also have a great knowledge base for exercises. They help beginners who haven’t worked out before gain confidence and strength to progress to the more advanced movements. They also teach us avid gym goers something new or tweak our form slightly to work different muscles that haven’t been used before.Overall if you’re looking for a gym to improve your quality of life, choose MSC!

I've been a member of MSC Strength and Conditioning for 4+ years. What's keeps me going? 1) the owner, Tina Morin and her stellar crew of trainers 2) individual attention to your specific abilities and goals 3) programs developed and customized to achieve said goals 4) dedication to safety and proper form 5) other members are supportive and INSPIRING in their journeys 6) I always feel better after a training session and last but not least 7) it's a FUN place to be! Kettlebells, at first glance, might appear intimidating but it's hands down one of the best, most efficient ways to improve your conditioning and get stronger. If you've got an injury, they'll customize a workout to help you gain strength even in recovery. And it's not just kettlebells. You'll learn to love a sandbag and a HIIT class and a water row class. Bottom line - MSC Strength will improve your health and consequently your life in SO MANY WAYS.

I have been part of the MSC family now for a year and what a year it has been. I decided last year that I wanted to make a commitment and I did! Then the pandemic hit. It was tough. But MSC didn't miss a beat and it was what I could count on. Since then I have made so much progress and gotten stronger. But more importantly I found a place that believes in me and works with me so I teach my goals. Couldn't ask for better coaches who have become friends.

MSC is an amazing experience if you want to be a “gym person” and can’t get yourself to commit to the gym. I have been a member here for nearly 3 years and have never been such a regular gym-goer in my life. The MSC staff and coaches, as well as the other members, are so supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They make it easy to try new things, set lofty goals, and really reach for them. They’ve walked me through pregnancy, injury, postpartum recovery. I can’t imagine finding a community like this one anywhere else.
