The worst place ever with the worst customer service

I lost my key to my locker and Zo helped me retrieve my things. Friendly and helpful staff

I was able to park my BBT truck here and workout, I did not see a no truck parking sign. The gym was great and clean!

The staff is overly accommodating, which is rare in any industry. Hat's off to the management team for having everyone on the same page.

I love this place and manager who has her hands full. Just wish the rest of the staff was a little more attentive to the requests of members instead of them being distracted from simple tasks every time.

I recently relocated back to the area after 16 years. The staff eat initially great until they completely charged staff. Devin was rude as hell, he spoke to me like he was taking his bad day out on me, the manager Shannon hung up on me when I was telling her what happened with Devin, the district manager Josh never followed through with my complaint, they triple charged me on my billing and when I explained to the manager Sharron and told her that I have receipt from payment, she ignored me and kept trying to tell me to come in. I was told by another location that they would give me a refund through another department bit that is another lie. This is not a good company at all. They are mean and cruel. Also money takers. I would NEVER recommend them at anyone.

There are no staff in the morning hours to help you with the massage equipment so I called to talk to a manager I think his name was T he had no concern for what I had to say and acted like he was too busy to talk to me. I usually don't like to post negative reviews but I've had quite a few issues at this club

Where did this planet fitness move too..i went yesterday and a semi was clearing the equipment out?

Nice and clean 3 stars is cause they had heat cranked

My new favorite place since December! Everyone is nice and welcoming.
