It’s disappointing that you guys close early, due to low staffing. I would come here after my 2nd shift ended. Now i have to come early. Great selection of machines though.

Staff is great. Always greeted with a "goodmorning and have a great workout".. not busy at allAlways a machine available. Lots of treadmills.

Good affordable gym. Not too busy and equipment is okay. Plenty of cardio machines, but not enough weights and Smith machines. Recommend for someone looking for something affordable and not planning on using much weights.

Only been a member for a week but already seeing trashed pads at a NEW planet fitness... Really? Will change review when it's fixed. EDIT: ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED THE NASTY FCKN BROKEN PADS. WHAT GIVES?!

The staff is great, but the General Manager rules over them in a very dictator-esque way and creates rules that are not in accordance with Planet Fitness's national guidelines.

Nothing is more annoying than a territorial muscle head who hogs the equipment; if you’re doing your own circuit/system, not in the circuit area, or away from the equipment more then 20seconds or more. And the person has already removed half the equipment. You need to press on, so others can use it…

From my understanding of Planet Fitness, each club has different policies when it comes to cancellation. This location really wants to make it inconvenient for you to cancel your membership. I should be able to go online or make a phone call to cancel. Not with this location per the person on the phone call. I have to either drive out to the location or send a letter. Between COVID and Monkey-pox right now, y’all should be a little more understanding. Not to mention when I have been at this location it wasn’t always kept-up on. The one star is for friendly customer service.
