PLEASE SOME TLC HERE! I feel like 24 hour fitness has really started to let things slip on upkeep and cleanliness all around. I feel the same way about the Ultra Sport in Irvine (just letting the details slip!). Cmon 24 have someone really scrub down the restrooms and get some upgrades on the restroom and facility ventilation system. Use bleach! Everytime I walk into the restrooms, they smell absolutely horrid! Like fecal matter is covering the entire floor and the air that you breath is 90% human waste. I am not exaggerating here, please do something about it. You can actually see stuff growing on the tiles and it doesn't look healthy. I keep going because it's convenient and there are gyms nearly everywhere but please address the cleanliness 24 hour. Anytime I run to the restroom I try to hold my breath. Thank you.

I went to the 5:30 pm spin class today and never really got to do the class. I went through 4 bikes and they were all broken in various ways. Real BUMMER. So I went to the Cypress to finish their 6:30 pm class - SO MUCH BETTER!!!!

Not the biggest gym but fairly open and clean. But I will never ever return to this gym. The receptionist after greeting me without a smile, rolled her eyes at me. Obviously I was beneath her and she didnt hesitate to let that be known. That has never happen to me at other locations nor did I give her a reason to do so. But she literally ruined my workout and the rest of my day. Btw she was a mid twenties black girl about 5'5 with teased hair. Very poor attitude.

This gym has loads of equipment with some state of the art, but missing some other equipments that you'll find at others. The gym is fairly large. However, the layout is rather unusual. Finding the mens or womens locker room was a task. Some areas of the gym are cramped while others are very open. This gym could use more exercise equipments for the areas that are more open.
