The owner and trainers are phenomenal, I’m always greeted by name and they make me feel so welcome! The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve been to, it doesn’t matter your fitness level, Allie and her trainers work with you to optimize your workouts without pushing you too hard. Cleanest gym in the area too! Allie and the trainers are always working hard to make sure everything is clean and sanitary (this was happening pre-pandemic as well). 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new gym or just want to try a kickboxing workout!

A phenomenal gym and a phenomenal team lead by Allie! The entire team caters and adapts to the needs of their members. Amazing work out every time! No fixed times. In a 30-35 min workout, I am able to burn 500+ calories on a constant basis. Undoubtedly, this happens due to the unremitting focus of the team to get the heart rate of members up optimized to their individual ability with a goal towards gradual improvement. Additionally, spectacular adaptation to the changing times and adherence to guidelines strictly focused to keep the gym safe for its members. Highly recommend this for everyone at any level of training!

I have worked out at gyms for about the last 20 years and had become bored and unmotivated with what I was doing. A friend of mine suggested 9Round and I joined about 10 months ago. I couldn't be happier with the workouts and results. Allie and the other trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout each session. With new rounds starting every 3 minutes you don't have to worry about scheduling as you workout on YOUR schedule. I think the best part is that each workout is geared towards personal skill levels so it doesn't matter if your a beginner or advanced athlete; you get your money's worth! I encourage everyone to try it, its great!

I HIGHLY recommend 9round East Amherst to anyone looking for a challenging workout, upbeat + fun environment, and a genuine group of trainers who care about the progress of each member. I have never been one to workout daily - until I joined 9round. Now I look forward to coming in everyday and getting a great workout while having a blast

I like 9Round because I can show up at anytime and get my workout started right away. It's a fast workout but I really work up a sweat and all my muscles get moving. The atmosphere at 9Round is enjoyable and supportive. Even though I am far from the most fit person, I don't have to worry about being judged while I am there. Since starting at 9Round I have lost a little weight and built up some lean muscle. The workouts are still difficult but I can definitely do more than when I first started there. For me 9Round is convenient and effective.

I’ve been a member at 9round for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! With no set class times I’m able to fit my workouts around college and work, and i know that the 30 minutes I’m there I’m getting the best work out possible! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and are there to help you at every station. Every day the workout is different and any modifications can be made when needed! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to hit personal/fitness goals because 9round has definitely helped me hit mine!

No other gym compares to 9Rounds! This is my happy place and the BEST gym I have ever been a part of. Always greeted with a smile and asked how I am doing or how my day was. The trainers are attentive to each person during the workouts and will push you to your max limit. The music is upbeat and keeps you going! The HR monitors that are available for purchase when you sign up are literally the best. When your name is up on the screen, and you can see your HR and the trainers can see it to, it’s a better workout all around to hit your target levels. I highly recommend 9Rounds to anyone looking to try something new and be surrounded by a great group of people! Someplace where you don’t have to sign up for a class, or show up at a certain time. You come in when you want, you get your wraps on and ready to go and you jump in on the next buzzer for the next round to begin. You do pad work with the trainers working that shift and they walk you through each sequence. Every station is explained so you can get the most out of it and also safely and effectively do each exercise. In 30 minutes you are drenched in sweat and feel so accomplished. There is nothing better! Give it a try - and you won’t regret it!

Joining 9Round East Amherst was one of the best decisions I ever made! With 9Round, I get a complete workout by combining high intensity cardio with weight training. I don't even realize how many calories I burn because I'm having so much fun! With no class times, you don't have to wait around or deal with the hassle of reserving a spot in advance. The owner Allie creates such a welcoming environment and greets every member by name. All the members and staff are super friendly are a great support system to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. 9Round East Amherst is my favorite stress-reliever and has helped me feel happier and healthier than ever!

I had plateaued and was bored with my old workout routine. My husband came across 9Round and when we saw the first workout was free we figured, "why not?" and gave it a try. That was the best decision we could have made (well, besides actually joining)! 9Round is always a different and fun workout. What could be better than doing a 30 minute workout that someone else makes up for you?! I always look forward to going and hate missing a day! I'm no longer at a plateau and definitely don't get bored! The staff are all so friendly, helpful and really encourage you to do your best (which they realize is different for everyone and will modify workouts to make them either easier or harder depending on your needs)! There's no way to leave 9Round not feeling amazing and satisfied. I highly recommend it! :)
