I am brand new to Alessi Fitness.At my evaluation I was absolutely 100% impressed by the information Dr. Derek shared .He took the time to patiently explain the process an answered my health concern questions.I am very much looking forward to working with Dr. Derek and the Fitness organization, not only for the physical training workout, but the nutrition factor as well.

His team of fitness professionals create a culture of enthusiasm and determination to stay on the path of wellness. They teach you to make the best food choices to help with body fat loss but most of all the program instills in you the commitment necessary to finally be successful on your weight loss and strength journey. The friendships I have made, the success I have achieved over the last 10 months continually motivates me to stay on this path...forever!! Dr. Derek is an informative, engaging, candid and supportive practitioner, who exemplifies the results of his approach to weight and fitness management.Beginning with the initial consultation, he helps establish realistic expectations and achievable goals, supplies the tools and resources to accomplish them, and closes the loop with monthly results monitoring.You might find his approach unusual. The idea that the relationship between weight management is more than simply an "energy imbalance" or "calories in vs calories out" or "eat less and move around more" is fairly new. But my experience in weight management and fitness over the last 9 years is absolutely supported by Dr. Derek's philosophy.Since I started with him just over 90 days ago, his nutritional and exercise method has formed one of the final pieces to my personal puzzle, and helped me shed 10 lbs of stubborn body fat, while adding several pounds of muscle.To be fair, it's not easy. It requires personal discipline and a willingness to change, which might include reframing your workouts into your most important meeting of the day and accepting that you can't out-train a poor diet.But if you're prepared to follow a path to proven results, you can achieve them, too. Dr. Derek can help you get there.

Amazing facility and trainers. Dr Derek has mastered the art of fat-loss and no one needs to starve to reach their goals.Month 6 at Alessi Fitness=I'm down 30lbs of fat, blood glucose is optimal and balanced, and I've maintained/gained muscle consistently.I have zero complaints.

I've been going to Dr. Alessi for over 18 months. Through Dr. Alessi's guidance and consult I have lost 19 lbs of body fat. I have been weight training and playing sports for over 55 years and can vouch for Dr. Alessis's approach to exercise, nutrition and monitoring/accountability. Just need to take the first step.I continue to adhere to Dr. Alessi's consult. His recommendations and guidance regarding nutrition have proven for me to be on target. I thought I was eating healthy prior to my first meeting with Dr. Alessi but still felt I could not shake stubborn body fat despite working out six days a week. After adopting Dr. Alessi's nutritional recommendations I have lost and maintained the 19 lbs of body fat. I am skeptical of new fad exercise and fat loss programs. Dr. Alessi's nutrition program works and is sustainable for life.

I'm a 71 year old women with arthritic knees and very overweight. The minute I went in for my consultation I knew I was in the right place. I have been going to semi-private training sessions 3 times a week until I got sick with COVID. They kept in touch with me and I hope to be back in a week or two. I highly recommend Alessi Fitness as I know how much it has already helped me to learn the right foods to eat and how to finally quit being a couch potato. Everyone there is great. Sue Webber

Dr. Alessi and the trainers have made the start of my fitness/nutrition journey very easy. The staff are encouraging and everyone knows your name. I started the program 4 months ago. It's exactly what I needed and I am onboard with the whole philosophy. The trainers are excellent and they are all great with encouragement. I also love the protein products which I would never have said before about protein drinks. No regrets. I would encourage all to join because of the physical benefits.

Trainers are amazing, they make you give maximum effort so you reach your goals. The whole program of training, monitoring eating patterns and then the monthly DexaScan is a recipe for success! Highly recommend this program to anyone on the fence…you will not regret it!
