I recently completed a 5 week challenge and lost 11.4 lbs and 4 percent body fat!. I have to admit when I found out it was a keto based diet I was exactly thrilled but the more I followed it the better I felt. The staff were very supportive and the workouts are awesome. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Lancaster and was relieved that there was a group high intensity training facility near by. I instantly knew during a free trial this is what I required to feel fit and healthy. I joined with no regrets and look forward to getting the continued support from the phenomenal coaches.

I love how you have your own space to workout and don’t have to go from station to station. That makes me feel so much safer. The trainers are all great and really motivate you but at the same time keep you safe. I just completed a 5 week challenge where I lost 15 pounds and feel like I did it the healthy way without starving myself. Definitely a great place to workout.

Just did a 5 week challenge here. The coaches were great and very knowledgeable! Atmosphere was awesome and very welcoming for all levels. Good variety of times to take a class that works well around busy schedules

I recently took part in the 5 week challenge at this location. The coaches were supportive and helpful from the first day I walked in the door. They provided me the tools I needed including meal plans and motivation to be successful on completing the challenge. The coaches were friendly and helped to push you during the workouts, including challenging you with heavier weights or more repetitions. I will use this challenge as a starting point in my fitness journey and would highly recommend anyone looking for a challenge , to lose weight, or to simply be healthier to check it out. The individual workstations included everything you needed to push yourself during the workouts. The environment was clean and welcoming!

To say the format and staff at formula3 completely changed my habits and overall mindset is to say the very least. I’ve never felt more motivated, stronger, safer and supported. Other gyms will probably offer you these benefits, but formula3 will over deliver.

I recently completed a 5 week challenge. The meal plan was clear and easy to follow. I had good support from the trainers all of the time. It was nice as it's not a set number of pounds, but personalized depending on your body composition. These are my favorite workouts in all of WNY. I have been a member for almost 2 years. Highly recommended.

Just finished the 5 week challenge and I loved it! The workouts are exactly what I needed to kick start my healthy journey. 45 mins fly by with the constant changes in workouts. The trainers give you enough push that you want to fight to the end and get the most out of the workout. I highly recommend formula 3 fitness to anyone looking for that extra motivation to get on track!

Tyler, Nick and the entire team of trainers were amazing through the challenge! Keeping us motivated, checking in on us every step of the way and giving us a push when we needed it! They gave us feedback and helped with my limited range of motion and gave tons of modifications to do so I wouldn’t hurt myself while still recovering. I have lost so much weight and built my confidence in working out and eating better.

Just completed the 5 Week Challenge and I absolutely would recommend it! Been part of this gym for a little over a year now and I did the challenge last year and lost some weight but gained it back and wanted to do this again to get myself back on track. Diet plans were easy to follow. Workouts are always fantastic, that target every part of your body and really help you start getting on track to start losing weight. The coaches there are amazing and each one of them brings a different aspect to the workouts. Making each class the best it can be. Always making sure you are doing the workout correctly to not hurt yourself, but push you do your best. During the challenge they help you with food recommendations/ ideas to change your meal plans to help lose the weight and get betters understand about health and fitness. They answer any questions you have during the challenge and really do encourage you. Not just say they help you and not actually help. They encourage you to always give 100% no matter what it is and always willing to help. Would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to start getting healthy or just wants to start somewhere.
