I have always loved doing yoga and I love goats too so what better way to spend a morning! The class was the perfect balance of yoga and engaging with the goats. I would highly recommend goat yoga to others and look forward to the next time I can attend a class!

My 9 year old son has loved taking martial arts classes with Japheth for a number of years. I just can't say enough about Japheth's kindness, calm demeanor, solid leadership and sense of fun! He is a great teacher. In his classes, my son - who is more of a bookworm than an athlete - has found a sport which builds his self esteem, body awareness and athleticism!

I am enjoying my experience with in-home training. I was connected with a young woman who comes to my house once a week and walks me through an hour of exercise, using the various weights and other equipment that have lain idle in my living room for many a year. It feels good to be getting active!!

My four year old daughter and I have done one in person private yoga session with Suzanne so far. I have also done one Zoom meeting with her as well. She is incredible!!! So wonderful and warm and great with children and adults! She is very intuitive and knowledgeable. We are so thankful we found her and look forward to many more yoga sessions in the future!!

Had a great time at goat yoga! Really appreciated the set up and being able to interact with the goats the entire practice. The teacher did an excellent job with adding in some mindful movements and also allowing the class to just relax and enjoy the space.
