Down to 3 stars. It's just too crowded, the "Crowd Meter" on the app is at 2 out of 10 cars and the parking lot is full and people are walking from overflow. Stand around for anything other than a treadmill or elliptical.

The facility is always clean, the staff is amazing, and all my machines worked like they should. I had a small eagle for tanning, but nothing that I want prepared for with summer approaching.

If you want to be harassed, embarrassed, tormented and feel completely unsafe or uncomfortable then this gym is for you! Management is AWFUL! Corporate is just as bad. Employees have quit due to illegal stuff going on. Managers hitting on 15 year olds, etc etc. Go to literally any other gym or personal trainer!

It truly is a judgment free gym. I was a member of another gym and always felt uncomfortable. It also seemed to be more about the money( you had to pay more if you wanted other classes) then it's members. Another plus for me is I also able to tan after working out.
