Horrible experience. Tried to sign up today and not only was I never greeted but ignored to help others doing the same thing I was. I ended up walking out.When the person actually got to me, she didn’t have time to help me. As you have to sign up on the tablet then download the app and sign up again. They don’t take cash even though I only needed $3 and change to sign up today. And when I finished filling out and downloading the app I had to still wait in line for several minutes. I was moved to the right and left so others could be helped and a couple of them were doing the same thing as me.

You can refinance your car online, but if you want to cancel your membership at Planet Fitness, you have to either go into the physical location or send a letter asking for cancellation. And that letter must be sent by certified mail. Nothing but making it a pain to cancel in the hopes that people will ride the ride for another month. The gym is very average anyway.

Love the facility! The reason I'm giving four stars is, for being the only Planet Fitness in Canton, there should be more than 3 smith machines.This is my first PF experience and there are no normal squat racks either. There's definitely room to add some.

Well first when we walked in didn’t even get a greeting from the two people who was at the desk very rude no type communication skills, I was there as a guest with my friend. Friendly and personable staff, clean overall. It can get busy at times but other than that the value is hard to beat. The gym was recently renovated along with the addition of some new machines.
