I love going to the gym but I have had issues with billing ever sense I had to cancel my bank card I'm starting to get very upset I've been on the phone maybe 3 times. I went it the other week and the lady said I was good to go I guess not because I seen a message about payment didn't go through. Called yesterday and they said my bank account number is invalid and I looked at my white bank card and it said account number so that's my account number. And now there's another charge I have to pay tomorrow because it's not being resolved. So now I gotta go to my bank and get the routing number and my account number maybe even get a bank statement so this issue can be fixed. I hate leaving reviews like this I love going here just need this problem solved

The staff is rude, typically run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they're doing, lack of available and clean equipment, and they always give me issue when trying to use the tanning beds. Refuse to let you cancel membership online or over phone, lack of empathy or understanding about how ridiculously expensive the membership is. Would highly recommend going to the YMCA instead, they are income based and a lot friendlier.

All of the above ...if u don't know how to use the machines...like me I had no clue,the staff will help u along your journey...very good quality .from workout to tanning ... amazing people very professional and welcoming.always willing to help out or or help u understand the machine and how it is to be used...

Very friendly staff will greet you at the door. Sanitized equipment and locker rooms make me feel comfortable to get a full workout in. I've been a member for years!

Once again, the employee slept in, and the gym isn't open. There are at least 20 vehicles in the parking lot waiting for an employee to show up and open the doors. This is a monthly occurrence.

It’s not a bad location. It’s just entirely too busy anymore. Other than that they need heavier weights. Individual dumbbell’s only reach 60lbs. Eventually you will grow beyond that……I hope lol
