Friendly staff at check in. Plenty of machines and tons of treadmills. Free weight section is a little cramped. But people moved in and out.Overall a clean place with lots of space and an open floor plan. They had the air on too 🙌

Hours, cleanliness, and customers and staff are friendly and I also love that there is a diversity of people that come to workout...not necessarily talking about race (though that's great too) but I'm talking about people of all fitness levels. People from 100 lbs to 500+ lbs and that everyone is respectful of that. So really, there are no excuses for anyone not to come and get healthier! :-)

Staff are awesome! Equipment is always clean and functioning properly. The gym is always open. The benefits of the Black Card membership is amazing! Can't say enough good things about the gyms. The fact that there are so many locations, I never have to skip a beat no matter where I am!

Friendly staff but one in particular Malik is amazing. Never fails to make members smile! Always interacting with them and goes above and beyond to make sure the location is clean. I always see him doing something productive for the location when other team members are just standing around!

Its a good starter gym but its extremely too cold inside of the gym which overall isn't good for you while your working out making it harder for most peoples body to warm up and overall allow them to work up a sweat.(the big fans are making it harder for you too lose weight.)

Staff is pretty friendly, facility is pretty clean. Tanning beds aren't the best. In fact, none of the timer displays work so you have no idea how much time is left. Need replaced badly. Good selection of equipment compared to other locations. They are doing a remodel now, so we'll see what it's like afterwards.

Overall a great gym. For the price and what you get you can't beat it. The fact it's open 24hrs and you can bring a guest with you is wonderful. Its a little frustrating though that its been 2 weeks or more and the gym is closed and you can't get ahold of anyone. I also got charged during this time but I am sure once they open back up they will make it right. I just wish it was communicated better and I was able to workout at the moment.

Love the overall feel of the Planet Fitness chain / brand. With having active members of ALL shapes and sizes, It truly does feel like a "No Judgement" zone.24-hour availability, the wide variety of workout equipment, and an atmosphere that's motivating & encouraging of health and wellness is absolutely worth the basic membership fee(as long as you take advantage of it).The hydromassage beds & chairs, and in some areas sauna's & tanning beds absolutely make the PF "black" membership worthwhile.All in all i'm VERY glad that Planet Fitness® is a thing!!

I have been using planet fitness for years now. After relocating from Jacksonville North Carolina to North Canton Ohio, Planet Fitness. Due to my boyfriend being deployed, I can't say anything besides I am disappointed. The staff has been extremely rude since day one that I walked into the gym asking about transferring my membership from North Carolina. Today, January 22 2019, I was face timing my boyfriend who is over seas while walking on the treadmill and was rudely asked to end the phone call. I don't mind ending the phone call but with two other people using their cell phones around me and I was the only one called out I thought was a little ridiculous but I was going to let it go. It wasn't until that I watched the manager walk back up to the front to then mimic and make fun of me at the front desk after our conversation was not only extremely immature, but unexceptionally unprofessional. I will be in contact with corporate. Along with if they are going to enforce the rules like that, then they need to enforce it with ALL members. Also, not just to enforce the cell phone use while using equipment but to enforce ALL rules. Including tank tops for all the guys and girls there.

I deleted my last comment, leaving negative feed back isn't my style. I just hope a Manager or other employees read the reply. I get you work in a hard industry with all types of characters and it can be challenging. However I deal with so much more, and I am responsible for the welfare of peoples lives! No matter how upset they are or how they treat me it is my job to make sure they stay so I can get the correct help for them. I cannot assume every person is lying or dishonest about the information I am receiving from them from a employee or staff member. I can only do my job as I am trained. I do not think you where trained to ignore your customers or, even become aggressive in your tone with them and be careless with words thrown out such as "actually" implying a lie? I did get the refund by the way I just wanted to say, thank you to the manager for following through. Also, I do or rarely use Google review so you can check that as well and never left a bad review until I left one for your establishment. Good luck with your future at that location but I am not returning to this location, possibly.
