Dirty smelly rude staff (Brandon cury hair). Over priced and half the equipment is broken. If I hated someone.. ID TELL THEM TO GO GET MISTREATED BY PLANET FITNESS STAFF! CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP I JUST STARTED YESTERDAY!

This company has charged me for two years while i was moved away...planet fitness makes it impossible to transfer services as these are independent operators and proceed charging and charging. I have moved a lot and getting services transferred has been awful...to terminate i have to SEND A WRITTEN LETTER!!!!!!!!And yet as a black card member i hoped to circumvent this and when i lost my carc i could no longer use sny services....i gave up and joined a new club...my old debit card expired...and then they started charging new one...how is this possible....Awful Awful

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you're Black or a Person of Color prepare to be ignored and not greeted by the rude white frat boys who "work" the check in station.

I am hoping the owner sees this post, and i am willing to change this to a good review if he/she helps me retrieve my agreement number, i have spent quite a bit of my precious time trying to retrieve this number so i can transfer to Maryland which is where i have lived for 2 years, as a black card member i just used the md facility and never transferred. upon losing my tags i cannot retrieve any information to transfer and i every time i call the phone is busy, I JUST WANT MY AGREEMENT NUMBER SO I CAN TRANSFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't use their locker rooms. I'm probably going to have to find another gym. I don't see how they think having a changing room across the hall from the shower with no place to store your stuff while you're showering is a viable option. It's a covid nightmare. There's no way to make that process safe and sanitary.

I love coming here. Although guy w the long poofy hair who works nights customer service is a bit rude I didn’t like his attitude. Other then that everything was fine.

The Whipple Avenue location is a spectacular fitness foundation destination; Friendly staff members offer ease /guidance/ information with positive, and professional attitude/demeanors. This enhances one's overall experience as you enjoy the gym's series of available equipment, classes, and services -100%! Sometimes working up a sweat, building gains, lifting weights, squatting and crunching and lunging can get "basic" or "boring" -but this atmosphere and environment encourage and motivate you to be and build your Best Self 😇

Just started going it's been a week love the availability of the machines and the weights to where you can adjust to what you want on each machine .. it's a great place to go and the staff is very nice!! A great place to go with friends to get a great fun workout!!

It's a pretty good gym. It's clean, staff is friendly. It's really never that crowded but I also come early in the morning. I wish PF would put some by truck stops, huge market there and truck drivers are fat.
