This place is pretty solid. A lot of equipment, and it's all new. Place is always usually clean. Staff is friendly. The only complaint I have, which is minor, is just make sure to stay on top of the paper towel dispensers. Many times multiple dispensers are empty.

You can do everything at Planet Fitness besides workout. I tried to jump rope to warm up before my workout and an employee stopped me to tell me that they don’t cover jump ropes under their insurance if someone gets hurt. The dumbbells only go up to 70 and there are no squat racks/ free bars. The gym also looks like it’s been left in 2010.

Always clean and that's what counts; staff is cool too. Nobody stares at you when you workout and you're all jiggly and sweaty lol I can go any time of the day and the price is nice.

They just got a new large universal gym station that really adds to the options. I wish they had heavier dumbbells but there's now enough equipment for whatever mood I'm in. Customer service is great here, and everything is always clean and tidy.

I enjoy the low priced memberships. Pf has everything you need to get in shape. Instead of a track there are several, I do mean several cardio machines. So it balances out. Lots of weights and weight machines. The water pressure in the showers is amazing if you need to use them on occasion! One thing I don't like is when you first walk in the door it smells of old dirty gym shoes. Maybe some air fresheners could help with that; strategically​ placed throughout the gym? Other than that, it's great!

The assistant manager is one of the sweetest and friendliest people I've met in Ohio. Chats with us each time we see her. She is always smiling and willing to listen and help anyway she can. Absolutely adore her!

The reduction in providing spray cleaner for each machine is a huge hassle. Now you have to find a station that provides the cleaner and paper towels and sometimes have to wait wait for a bottle of cleaner. I think this will cause people to not always clean the machines after using them. I was on a treadmill last night, tracked down the cleaner (which was not close by) and then had to figure out which machine I was on when I went back. I like everything else about the gym, so I hope that constructive criticism on this point will be taken into consideration by the owner.

The gym is very clean and the workers are nice and attentive. Machines don't feel old and there are plenty of treadmills. They offer a lot of classes. I haven't tried any yet, but they have a very cohesive schedule listed.

I love the ease of use that Planet Fitness offers. Generally speaking I love this location too! Don't get me wrong, this isn't a review to bash them, I just upgraded to a Black Card so I can bring my friend with me the other evening. They just have issues that are needing to be addressed.During busy times the towels are way to gross to be used, The swapping out of new towels needs to be done more often during after work rushes.The women bathroom is awfully kept. It smells every time you go into the lockeroom and they leave a can of lysol on the floor. (I've seen it move stall to stall too.) Toilet paper on the floor and the lockers are caked with Salt from shoes and boots.Cleanliness with towels and the locker rooms needs addressed.

great staff, great location, never had a bad experience here, just needs more variety. I have been attending here for a year, and everything has been great. I just transferred to another club that has more selection of equipment. I will be spending 90 days to determine if my transfer was a good choice. I would return if this location expands and adds equipment.
