We were invited to take a class at New World. (imho) Juan and his staff are “subject matter experts” when it comes to unarmed self defense! They are safety conscious and professional all the way! Highly recommend!

Wow! New World Defense & Fitness did a special class for a group of us. It was incredible! Real world training with world class instrutructors! They challenged us in our physical AND mental fitness! I'm still unpacking all that was shared and presented.

I have been in martial arts for 27 years and needed a place to train while I'm in SWF. This is the best training group I have been involved in. They have the best trainers, students are dedicated and I have been very blessed to be part of their gym and training. I'm a part of their boxing camp to stay in shape and to continue my fitness. Coach Will and Juan are the best in the business and I'm excited every week for my weekly training. I am a professional golfer for the LPGA and PGA for thirty years and train others in golf and play on the professional Sr. golf tour.I'm so impressed with this group as they are sincere and are committed to helping people find there goals of fitness.Can't wait this week to be at their center for my boxing and other fitness endeavors!
