By far one of the best gyms I have ever been to I've tried to get get into some sort of martial arts in the past but couldn't find the right gym not only are the coaches here very patient but they genuinely want you to have a good time learning whatever whatever it is you want to learn not only that but the environment is very homey a big family where everyone wants to see everyone prosper would recommend this gym to anyone trying to get into any type of self-defense or Fitness not only are there prices great for what they offer they are absolutely dedicated to their jobs and helping people like me who knows very little of martial arts and Fitness to protect themselves and their family 5 out of 5 stars for sure

I was looking for a community when I joined New World and found so much more. Exceptional inclusive culture, incredible coaches, and so many different classes to get excited about. My only regret is not signing up sooner!

I have been to several gyms whether it be CrossFit, MMA or just a classic gym. Even wrestling in high school and understanding the high standard of hygiene required to operate a combat gym. This gym has met this hygiene standard and then some! Not too mention the community that they have built that provides support and friendship across the board. Jaun and Alexis at New World Defense and Fitness have genuinely changed the way I look at working out at staying healthy!!
