5 stars is an understatement for this wonderful facility. I’ve been going here for more than 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m more fit now than I’ve ever been. I highly recommend NWDF to everyone from all skill levels!

Arguably the best gym and fitness center in Fort Myers. Friendly staff and even the patrons are great.If you need disciplined workouts and great self defense training, this is the place for you.I’ve enjoyed it greatly.

My 14 year old son is signed up here and loves it! All the trainers are great, caring and show personal interest in helping each individual reach their goals. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming without any intimidation for those just starting!The classes are intense but made very fun. Everyday he is excited afterwards at the new skills he has learned!
